'Excellent customer service from all the staff. Meals were thoughtfully curated. Beach view was something we looked forward ti each day we were there. Very quiet. Neighbouring beaches are within short walks or a shuttle.'

'Beautiful location, clean modern rooms, ocean front pool and staff super helpful.
The hotel electricity is run with a generator so no hair dryers, mini fridges and some rooms do not have aircon. But if you are looking for an authentic beach hut experience this is for you. Be sure to bring insect repellant.'

'The hotel scenery was beautiful to take photos or shoot content. Room was really nice. The pools were ok. Need to have proper lounge chairs by the pools. The shower heads in the rooms need to be changed. Hardly any water would come out but the tub was better to use instead. And it shouldn’t be so open the bathroom area since if wanting to bathe/shower in private. Nothing is covering that area. If wanting peace and quiet, it’s a place to stay at while in Tulum.'

'Staff was very friendly from the beginning. A very customer forward resort. Restaurants and food was very good and rooms were always clean. Lots of activities to do everyday and the personal concierge was really helpful. I would definitely come back again. This is perfect for couples.'
