'Upon arrival, we observed parts of walls of the garage missing and that part of the house was in a state of construction. Upon entering the house, we noticed some windows without coverings, tears in some curtains, extension cords laying across the floor, and very few smoke detectors. The freezer was iced up. Within an hour or two of check in, one of the persons managing the house called to ask if we would let a worker come in to make a repair on the refrigerator. We were told the travel time for...

'This was supposed to be a family trip of a lifetime. Upon arriving at your rental, we were disappointed to see the lack of cleanliness, and the state of disrepair of multiple items in the house that required attention. In your post, it states there is a pool… I would not allow my dog to swim in that pool. It was filthy and green. The surrounding area had broken cement and dirt everywhere. There were no dish cloths or towels or face cloths or hand towels. The advertisement states two sofa beds...
