'Great location, fantastic condo with views of the ocean along the side of the balcony. Super nice pool area with reasonably priced bar, live music right off of the beach. The beach area is well maintained and snorkeling is fun near the rocks. We played golf several times at the country club style course across the street. Finally, the Host is first class.'

'This was our first time staying in Ko Olina and we are so happy that we chose to stay at the beach villas vs the Marriott or Aulani next door. This property was so quiet and peaceful compared to the other resorts! The unit was spacious and well appointed and was such a good fit for a family with two teens…would definitely stay here again!'

'My family had an amazing vacation and loved staying in this condo. The owners were always responsive to my requests before arriving. Once our stay started, we didn’t need help, but our contact person was always seen walking around the property. Location is perfect. The lagoon is beautiful and much more quiet than the others. It is an easy walk to Monkeypod and ABC store. My teens loved this condo and hope to return!'

'We couldn't ask for better accommodations. We had a fantastic Lanai overlooking the ocean. The three bedrooms were roomy and very comfortable. The kitchen and living room provided ample space for cooking eating and just hanging out. Having the laundry and 2 zone AC was a plus. Our host Renu always promptly replied when we had any questions or concerns and always made us feel right at home. Our only regret was we didn't stay longer. Thank you Renu. 'Thoroughly enjoyed staying at this location. The unit had everything we needed for our 9 days there. It's an ideal place for young children as the beach is less than 5 minutes away and there are a couple of swimming pools to choose from. We felt safe at the lagoons with our young grandkids, and they loved it on the beach. We like to cook our own meals and the kitchen had everything we needed. 'We had an excellent stay at Ko Olina and would be happy to book this unit again if we ever return. We traveled with 4 adults and 2 kids. The layout was comfortable and noise from neighbors was minimal. We swam a lot in the pool and the lagoon. The unit was well equipped with boogie boards, beach chairs, sand toys, coolers, etc and there was a wagon to make it easy to bring everything down to the beach. 'This villa is located very conveniently to Turtle Bay resort, making it easy to eat in the restaurants and take part in activities if you like. We went on a tour and saw albatrosses doing their mating dance - so cool! The beach is also protected, so that even when there is big surf, you can stil, swim and snorkel. The view is also gorgeous! It is a good place for two people to spend a few days.'

'Comfortable studio apartment above the main residence is located in a typical, residential neighborhood about a fifteen minute walk to the beach. There are no amenities within walking distance. The adorable little town of Haleiwa is a fifteen minute drive and is full of tourist amenities. The four large dogs on the property do bark during the nights and early morning hours but not continuously. The “orchard” is a dozen trees that do bear some fruit despite being neglected.
