'Rooms are very outdated, beds were uncomfortable, cockroaches in bathroom, ants colony in bedroom. Towels were not changed, even after use they’ve been put on the floor. The lobby is nice, as is the swimming pool, but the rooms look like they’ve been have neglected for 20 years (just like the gym). I would not go there again, the high prices are just ridiculous for this level of maintenance and state. No more than a 2 or 3 star hotel in my opinion, certainly no 5 star hotel, because of the state...

'Beautiful Beautiful resort. This place is very kid friendly. They have many activities to keep the children engaged and entertained. It is very very clean. The breakfast buffet is to die for! Amazing choices. Love it.'

'We had a fantastic stay! The hotel staff were very kind, helpfull and respectfull. We had an issue with a small leak in our bathroom and the woman at the reception was so helpfull right away. The only thing we didn’t like so much (but that’s really it!) was the expensive food, drinks and spa. There are small shops around the corner of the hotel.'
