'Very great facilities and friendly staff'

'Everything about this place is simply perfect. Anyone who chooses to stay here is sure to have a wonderful experience and will leave with nothing but happy memories and perhaps a little sadness when it’s time to say goodbye. Truly, it’s the kind of place you won’t want to leave!'

'the hotel was simply wornderfull , peacefull , beatifull . the food was delicius and the landscape is incredible.'

'We were the only guests in this sprawling property within the buffer zone of the Yala National park. The BBQ dinner under the stars was worth remembering. The whole property kept the entire electric generation system running for only 2 guests. The air conditioning was perfect and the view from above the canopy was very good. Mention must be made of Patisa and his team. The chef was wonderful with his breakfast and dinner. A great stay. Never felt unsafe as were the only guest on the day.'

'Super exclusive base for safaries. Fantastic food from breakfast to lunch and dinner, very knowledgeable guides and great service overall. Would recommend to anyone looking for a premium experience in Yala.'

Prijs kwaliteit...

'The owner Prithvi and his staff were very attentive and caring. The rooms were modern in amenities but still maintaining a rustic feel. Food was exceptional and the nightly cultural entertainment was very authentic. Sunrise, sunset and night sky viewing was a treat.'

'We had booked a deluxe suit for Rs. X/night, on arrival we told there is no air conditioning in the allocated room, only a small fan (on a day the temp was 37 degree C). I made a request for A/C & they charged additional Rs. X again (2Xs) for a Maharaja Suit. While there was A/c, it was very ineffective & the suit was a dump, in need for major reno & deco (door timber split, ceiling with stains & bath marble piece with rust & elegy. Also real rip offs selling desert activities (big thieves)....

'Flot stort telt med eget badeværelse. Venligt og serviceminded personale, maden er god både morgenmad og aftensmad. God Safari med guide. Så mange elefanter, krokodiller mm. '

'Great facilities '

'Makini Bush Camp is an absolute gem in Yala! The stunning tented rooms are beautifully decorated and equipped with all the comforts you could wish for, including a refreshing plunge pool—perfect for cooling off after a walk in the bush. The staff goes above and beyond to ensure an unforgettable stay, accommodating a range of experiences, including a half-day safari inside the park and a delightful nature walk around the camp. Our guide, Mr. Koushalya, was incredibly knowledgeable and passionate...

'Welcome was done vs it was done to others! the geyser for hot water didnt work - discomfort to shower with cold water. when I mentioned - the staff said I cannot do much. I am a volunteer. '

'Room was not clean when we arrived and had to constantly ask for it to be cleaned the next day. Asked for a coat hanger as none supplied and failed to do this. No kettle supplied but did have tea and coffee setup. Power constantly dropped out. Food was not very good. Free 2 km camel ride was 50 metres and then demand for more money and when told no, told to get off. Some staff constantly expected tips. Some staff were very good. Culture experience was ok but very loud. Jeep ride on sand dunes...
