'Every detail was curated, nothing was left unplanned both in the bedrooms and in the common areas. Location was perfect, quiet and well connected to the metro and main Kyoto train station. The Onsen facility was a nice moment in the evening to relax and experience a traditional ritual. Breakfast was also very good and the staff available to help with any query. Only note the laundry area was frequently busy plan ahead if you need to wash your clothes. Overall, highly recommended!'

'Heerlijk verblijf gehad in het hotel. Mooie kamer, goed ontbijt. Vriendelijk personeel én natuurlijk de heerlijke spa. Echt een pluspunt. Even ontspannen na een intensieve dag was heerlijk. Gescheiden spa, waar je je eerst helemaal schoonboent van top tot teen voordat je gaat ontspannen in het heerlijk warme water. Wij hebben genoten van dit hotel! 'The rooms were small compared to “American expectations” but they had everything. They made well use of every inch. I appreciated the toilet being detached from the shower, it made things quicker for me. The breakfast was delicious, a lot of choices. I wish the coffee was hotter, but that’s just my personal preference. The washer and dryer were handy. The 100 Yen coin for use was a bit challenging because I had to collect them for day to be able to use them? Again, that’s just me. The whole area...

'Very convenient stay near the central station of Kyoto. From the hotel there is easy access to a 7/11. Check in and check out was really easy.'
