'Property was beautiful, however the service was super slow and the hotel concerige was terrible. Check in and getting our room took about half our first day there as we continued to experience many problems with our room and room service. Definitely not a party resort this is more of a relaxing calm experience. Just save ur money and go somewhere else. You’re welcome.'

'for a 4 star hotel I expect a lot more. staff was not able to provide an invoice with the company name, required for reimbursement (business travel). you have to pay credit first to have something written to your room. a blockage on the credit card was not possible in order to have everything the the room invoice. Receipts where not provided for whatever you ate or drank. not worth the money we paid but is was close to the congress. '

'Prima hotel. Kamers iets gedateerd maar wel prima in orde. Zwembad erg mooi en fijn. Vriendelijk personeel, goede keuken, mooi strand. Niet in de mega drukte.
Wat fijn is, dat er aan de straatzijde een kleine winkel is en enkele goede restaurantjes.
Wij verbleven er twee hele dagen en dat was genoeg.'

'Personeel is vriendelijk. Hotel is erg centraal gelegen. Het eten is lekker bij het buffet. Ik zou er alleen niet elke dag eten want dan eet je bijna elke dag hetzelfde. Parkeren is gemakkelijk en gratis. Wel is het hotel erg druk. Druk bij het restaurant, rijen! Ook bij het inchecken enorme rijen en chaos van alle drukte. Verder prima hotel voor een paar daagjes om je vakantie af te sluiten.'

'I like the place it’s in a great area! It looks clean
However the beds had ants, bed bugs , the sheets had makeup , lights wouldn’t work, restroom glass door was not attached and restroom was small and clogged. Only one elevator works and only 2 people fit in it . Other than that thank yall for the hostage it had a 7 eleven right next to it and coco bongo was close !'

'For the price and location it was a good stay. The property mostly the room was very run down and worn. They definitely need a remodel. Cabinets were falling apart and they filled in the sink hole with a none matching piece of granite in the kitchen area. The water pressure sucked as well. Toilet easily gets stopped up. But the location is amazing and by far the best part along with the affordability. The staff was helpful but you could tell they were understaffed and worked to death. I felt bad...
