'Clean, well-stocked, and convenient efficiency! We stayed on the top level which was great because I prefer not to hear footsteps above me. The place was quite sound proof, I did not hear much other movements within. The views are terrific from the top level. Only steps from the beach and plenty of parking. Great location…short bike ride to the surf city pier, shops and restaurants. The bikes provided were great…also the ping pong table and corn hole boards were fun as well!! 'The property is beautiful. Clean, chic, and decorated so nicely. My only complaints are that the only mirror in the entire place was the small bathroom mirror and we needed more than that to get ready. The other complaint I had was that there were no Kleenex, only one extra roll of toilet paper, and no paper towels. Very scantily stocked. If I stay here again, I would bring my own vanity mirror. Otherwise, a lovely place to stay!'

'Sea Vista is a no frills stay. But just because it isn't the Hilton doesn't mean the stay wasn't superb. Very clean, very comfortable furnishings. The quality of the beach is superior (in my opinion) to that of the North end of the island, i.e. wider and bigger actual beach area, less crowded, etc. The amenities are sparse, to be honest, but it's all the essentials. A comfortable and clean bed/linens, a clean and working bathroom, tv, cookware/utensils, and the friendliest people surrounding you...

We booked this trip somewhat late by most standards and we were so thankful this worked out so well!!! 'The hotel room came with so many amenities. For example it was so nice to throw some food in the oven and they had an oven mit ready for you. The bed was clean except the bottom last sheet didnt seem like it was ever washed, that did gross me out, but everything else wasnt even dusty which was so nice.
