PLEASE DO NOT BOOK HERE. This is the worst all inclusive resort I have ever been to. I don’t think they should be listed as an all inclusive. They only have one main dining area and the other Japanese restaurant you must make a reservation. The food is poor quality as well and staff is not friendly when preparing food, Also you have to wear a wrist band at all times that cuts into your skin which I’ve never had to do at an all inclusive . The cart service is poor, long wait times to go to places and they are not accommodating for individuals with disabilities. Uber protocol isn’t consistent so there was major confusion on our last day there and the staff bluntly lied to our faces. The cleaning service was very inconsistent as well.

Beautiful and quiet property, mostly families and couples no party groups. We loved the pool options,so many different ones that some mornings we had a pool to ourselves. The staff were friendly and the food options were good. I loved that you get full service to your beach chair at the beach property, the burgers and ceviche were delicious the selection of drinks for a non drinker were amazing. The fresh made ginger beer was unreal! The shuttle takes about 10 minutes and the property has tons of chairs, a very clean washroom and cabanas you can rent for the day. Service was top notch here, very impressed. The bar at the top of the resort by the infinity pool also has servers take orders at your beach chair or at the tables, there are lunch options here that we enjoyed, some reviewers said there wasn’t an option for lunch but this was a good one. Some afternoons at the resort there was a taco stand with fresh made tortillas beside the pool, some of the best tacos we have ever had. Our boys loved the lazy river and the waterslide. The property is very large and to get from the rooms to the buffet is a walk down a hill and back up again, we didn’t mind as we love to walk but if you have mobility issues it might be hard, they do offer a driver to bring a golf cart to bring you up and down but sometimes it can be quiet a wait (we saw ppl waiting and needed one for check out that never came) Would love to visit again, highly recommend :)

La propiedad está bonita. El buffet de 7/10 la variedad no está tan buena. El personal muy amable pero les falta personal ya que para todo esperas demasiado tiempo.

Liz the front desk manager was amazing! Always happy and ready to help anyone that walked up to the counter. Always attended to our needs and made things happen for us. Food needs to be upgraded, restaurants need to be open longer. Everything closes to early even the pools and bars. All staff was very helpful but very stressed as they are understaffed.

Positives: loved the food on the beach, I actually was satisfied with buffet, bars, and pantry, though variety of food was marginal, beautiful property, lots of little pools and jacuzzis, clean room, helpful staff, shuttle to the beach. Negatives: beach chairs overcrowded and dirty, too many outside vendors, a lot families with little kids (could be positive if intended kid friendly facility), 7 in the morning gardening blowers go on every day. Overall it met my expectations from descriptions, except it was not that serene as it seems from pictures due to lots of small children.

This property was incredible in soo many different ways! We read the past reviews and when visiting you can clerly see that they are improving in every way possible. This resort is developing, I think they will continue to grow and add awesome amenities... In 3 years this resort will be hard to beat. We are excited to go back and see what else they have for us!

The air conditioning was horrible we couldn’t sleep of all the Noise was making. Also the gardening people blowing their machines so early they told us dial 0 if u need Shuttle or any thing a lot times they didn’t answer and shuttles where not available. Would I come back hmm maybe food was good service by the beach excellent. But on the other locations the servers where not that nice even in front desk. The drivers to the beach the big vans where excellent too.

Good property , good food by the pool. Tepenyaki restaurant was great , buffet was great for breakfast but mediocre for dinner. Only issue we had is the people staying in the room next door had a crying kid every night. Very annoying when you are on vacation. I believe they should make one of the buildings adults only. Overall enjoyed the hotel and staff.

We really enjoyed our stay, we loved our room. Staff did their best to manage any issues we had. Food was decent. Pools were amazing. Sometimes we would have a small pool to ourselves, which was great. Options for time alone, opportunities to socialize. Very quiet and easy to get around. So much potential, some minor repairs/maintenance are in order. We liked watching the outdoor movie in the evening, my son loved playing with the kids. Very family friendly. We met lots of nice people. Do not run out/forget sunscreen. We ran out and were incredibly overcharged for a much needed necessity. That was disappointing. If you have reasonable expectations and not looking for anything fancy, it will check the boxes. Thanks to the staff and resort for a wonderful stay.

Las distancias si están retiradas y considerando que el carrito golf es necesario, deberían tener más a disposición, en 3 ocasiones que pedí, nunca llegó y es difícil calcular en nuestras actividades los “ hasta 30 min de un dan de tolerancia para obtener el servicio” Las instalaciones lindas y muy de naturaleza. La comida buena en general, los tacos del food truck deliciosos, las condiciones de las habitaciones totalmente se pueden mejorar, tmb la atención de front desk; 3 veces pedí que me ayudaran con una amenidad de cumpleaños y supuestamente las 3 veces tomaron nota, quede como payasita cuando le pregunté a la persona festejada como le había parecido su sorpresa, Además de que las habitaciones nos las dieron 1:30 hr después de check in xq las que habían asignado y están limpiando, se reportaron como fuera de servicio

We had a wonderful time at the Delta. The Resort is beautiful the staff always friendly and happy to help. There seems to be issues w/the water (as in there were 3 occasions we did not have any) The staff worked on the problem and ensured each time it was fixed asap. The town of La Cruz seems like Sayulita was 25 years ago... not much happening but there is potential. (Sayulita is soooo over populated now, it is very sad.) We would for sure come back to the Delta and look forward to seeing La Cruz develop the town in a great way.

Positives: The taco truck and enchiladas are amazing, the lunch menu food is awesome. The beach club food and drinks were very good (props Manuel was a wizard behind the bar and great company). The lobby bar tender was also great as he was on top of everything regardless of how busy he was. The resort was beautiful, with plenty of pools and shade. The 5th floor pool was lovely, but sometimes hard to find an attendant (except Suzanne, she was always attentive if she was at the pool). The Japanese dinner was fun. We had a few issues with the room, we had no cleaning service for roughly 3 days so ran out of towels and the water bottles were piling up. We had asked the front desk on the 3rd day to get service but still wasn't completed even though we spent from 8:30am to 6pm out of the room. We had a faucet loose and leaking(which we reported and was fixed), the rain shower head doesn't work out of several of the outlets(close to half), we had a spider nest inside our patio door channel, water in the shower would turn scolding hot at intervals while using the shower and the shower floor isn't actually sloped to the drain so you have standing water in the shower basin. Over all it's a very nice resort but some of the and maintenance aspects (see above) and cleanliness of the rooms (e.g. walls in bathroom were noticeably dirty) have been overlooked in our opinion.

Our stay was quiet and peaceful. The resort is not large like most. We never had issues getting a pool chair and there appeared to be lots of staff around at all times. The food wasn’t 5 star but we never went hungry. The evening taco truck was excellent. The resort appeared as the photos shown; no disappointment there. Staff were always friendly and willing to help/wait on you. Joel at the snack bar/pool was great, 5 stars for him! The beach was okay - if you’re willing to venture off the resort I highly recommend checking out sayulita As the beach was much more appealing! The pools could be a little cooler pending time of year as mid April and 30 degree temps made for the pools to not be as refreshing. Would recommend staying here to others based on the price and location!

Le falta calidad en sus alimentos, pocas opciones de lugar donde comer y no están muy buenos. Algunas personas del servicio te reciben de mala cara solo por no ser extranjero y otras te dan un gran recibimiento.

This was a stunning hotel with amazing pools and views (not like the pictures all year round) the kids pool and slides were brilliant fun and it’s fantastic that adults could ride down one of the bigger slides with their little ones (cos in couple of hotels they don’t allow it & we feel it’s safer to be able to ride with them) the lazy river was brilliant and scenic with iguanas and birds to see. Great experience but overall I wouldn’t recommend it for young children as very high balcony with part rotten base and a dangerous very heavy stone top table that could have been tipped over onto little one & only rope barrier in restaurant also with big drop. Another family with a 2 year old were also shocked by this and we both expected there would be a glass barrier to prevent falls but there wasn’t. On steep hills but they had golf buggy’s to run people around which is good but also added another risk for children as they go quite fast & some drivers more careful than others. The food in the main restaurant was edible but compared to the other hotels we stayed at around puerto Vallarta to punta de mita was the worst & poorest choice. We didn’t get to experience the Japanese restaurant which sounded lovely. The beach nice but too rough to swim for kids. The beach bar was fab with very good food choices was the best we found across the different hotels and we preferred it to the main restaurant. There was free transport each hour to and from the beach

It was my first time staying at an all-inclusive and was prepared to not have my expectations totally met - however, I was very much surprised and had a wonderful time. Breakfast buffet was incredible (I wish it was offered all day since the rest of the food on offer was rather hit or miss). Perfectly ripe papaya, delicious Mexican breakfast options and lots of other things to choose from. The landscaping within the hotel was exquisite and expertly maintained - it made lounging by the (many) pools a very luxurious experience. The cooler "natural" pool and plunge pool was my favourite (no music blasting). I walked up and down the property several times within the day although the drivers and their golf carts are around and willing to transport you if you need it. My generously sized room had a great view and was relatively quiet (apart from random "bangs" coming from my mini fridge in the middle of the night). Comfy bed and slept very well. The beach was clean and food/drink service was very good/speedy. The beach vendors can be a little tiring, but to be expected when tourists are around. I was a little worried about the hotel being understaffed, based on previous reviews, but I everyone there was friendly, available and professional. While I came alone for a retreat (from reality, from family demands) I would definitely return with my growing family one day. Kids and their (buzzed?) parents all seemed so happy to be there together. HIGHLY RECCOMMEND!

El servicio terrible desde la comunicación, nunca respondieron el tel. Poca disposición del personal de recepción, tengo fotografías para compartir, terriblemente en mal estado, se confirmó una villa premium no me quiero imaginaras condiciones de una hab estándar.definitivamente no lo recomiendo
