'The spa was very relaxing although we thought we were going to have a spa experience with just my wife and I, but they grouped us together with two other couples which was rather odd and somewhat uncomfortable. '

'1.Pool side seating are gone all day .You need to spend time hunting for seats.. You have to go and grape seat as soon as you arrive there? Short in seating. I lost a very Valuable prescription eye glass. I am still waiting to hear from the hotel. Yes lost and founds was informed . I hope I can receive my glass as it is $$ and need to drive with it? I am now 5 days since we are back home still waiting to hear from them?'

'Great place to stay at everything perfect'

'Service and staff were excellent! Hotel is nice but pool is very cold. All inclusive food usually is bad but this one was not to bad. Our favorite was Italian and Asian. The steakhouse was very bad and other guests would agree. '

'Everything was clean and staff friendly, only thing is the food was not all that great and no omelet cook. Entertainment was excellent. '

'Great personnel, comfortable beds and of course: the Caribbean Sea! All in all, we had a great experience! The only constructive feedback I can give is to pay more attention to people with food allergies.'

'Hard Rock Cancun is small but inviting. Service staff was great but stay clear of the pushy vacation planners staff. Evening dinners require a reservation so book your dinners for each night of your stay as soon as you arrive. Any of the restaurants can accommodate booking reservations for all restaurants. Stop by one and book for all the others for the stay. (Wish I would have known this ahead of time) Older resort with slow elevators. Pool area is nice but plan to get up early and go reserve...

'Personeel is vriendelijk. Hotel is erg centraal gelegen. Het eten is lekker bij het buffet. Ik zou er alleen niet elke dag eten want dan eet je bijna elke dag hetzelfde. Parkeren is gemakkelijk en gratis. Wel is het hotel erg druk. Druk bij het restaurant, rijen! Ook bij het inchecken enorme rijen en chaos van alle drukte. Verder prima hotel voor een paar daagjes om je vakantie af te sluiten.'

'We had to move after 2 nights b/c they were doing construction outside our door. The 1st night in the 2nd place a woman let herself into our room with the key, saying she booked it through airbnb. She’s been given the wrong info. 2 days later we couldn’t use the balcony b/c they were power washing right above it. Our stovetop has electrocuted me multiple times even though I was very careful after the 1st time. Our 5th night the microwave lit on fire. 2 security guys came to to try to find out...

'Geweldig hotel voor een mooie prijs'

'Ruime kamers. Lekker buffet voor ontbijt en diner. Mooie zwembaden.'

'More activity for the kids, especially along the beach. Something like Soccer volleyball didn’t include kids was 11 years old. They didn’t session for the same age. At least I was in the other resort they have more activity for the kids.'

'The rooms needs to be updated, curtains were broken, had to use my hair clip to keep the curtains close, sheets were stained, used the coffee maker in the room the first day but they did not refill the coffee anymore, had to keep calling to get clean towels. '

'First time to a kid friendly resort so I didn’t know what to expect. My only suggestion would be to have on going activities for kids of different ages. My daughter is 12 and there was not a whole lot of activities for her to do during the day with kids her age. But other than that we had an amazing time, the staff was great and the food was delicious. '
