'Wir haben den Aufenthalt in vollen Zügen genossen und uns auch gut erholt. Wenn es Reklamationen oder Beanstandungen gab wurden diese Zeitnah und prompt erledigt. Das finden und die Wegbeschreibung der Villa war eine richtige Zangengeburt!!! Sollte man für die Zukunft entweder Koordinaten mitteilen oder eine Tafel anbringen weil das rostige Tor ist schlecht ersichtlich, wenn es offen steht.'

'3 couples stayed in this spacious traditional property which has every amenity you could possibly need. Gorgeous rooms, lovely private rooftop pool and outdoor kitchen dining area with an extra fridge for convenience. Excellent location just a few steps away from the bars, restaurants and shops with plenty of choice and no rowdy tourists.'

'We enjoyed staying at this very nice house. Overall the experience was good. However, there are a couple of things to mention though. It appears that this place is recently became available for VrBo. Owners have checked in a couple of times reminding when we should leave the premises and there are minor items that could be improved. Lockbox gets stuck at times, towels could be better and the fact that you would have a electric usage charge is not common but will certainly recommend the place...

'Great location, 1min walk to shops, restaurants etc. Everything within close proximity. Accommodation had everything we needed and for our winter stay provided good quality bedding and heating. Very comfortable and the property is a lovely Mallorcian townhouse with authentic touches that we loved.Maria Antonia was most helpful too!'

'We had a lovely stay. The house is nice and pratical if you stay with 2 families (like us) because you have the main house and the guest house. Also the large garden is a big plus with kids running around :-) The area is beautiful. From the house it’s a quick trip to Pollenca or to the beach. And also Formentor is just a short car ride away The homeowners are really nice and made it possible that we had a relaxed check in and check out. Altogether we had a really good holiday!'

'Wij verbleven deze zomer 11 nachten in dit mooie huis.Het is een huis waar je gelijk thuis voelt.Het was een hete periode en we waren blij met de airco in het huis beneden en boven.De stad Pollenca is oud,sfeervol en prachtig.Binnen 5 minuten liep je in het mooie centrum.Een minpunt was het parkeren.Daarvoor moesten wij 10 minuten lopen.In de zijstraatjes konden wij geen plek vinden.Een volgende keer zouden we dit huis graag weer boeken:)'

'Lovely spot in a very walkable location. The pool is bigger than it looks in the picture. Layout of the apartment is a bit odd like a row house with kitchen in the back and living room in the front, bedrooms in between, but has everything you need. Quite comfortable for our family if 5 (one infant). '

'So fortunate to have chosen this little house, with a toddler friendly garden, so near to the beach. There is a gate to block off the stairs, which otherwise could cause problems, but the owners are very helpful and there is a high chair and a couple cots. Laundry room is a bonus.'
