'Great property don't believe all the reviews this place is nice. Rooms are clean and staff is great. Buffett food is good restaurants are good nothing off the hook but still nice. Beach is great and the pools are clean. Place is huge and lots of bars. Beer is always cold Alcohol selections is a little limited for whiskeys and Rums but they have all the rest. There are some bugs (no see em's ) after sunset that bite some people. Only 3 out of our party of 17 but simple mosquito spray keeps them...

'The staff is very friendly, and the rooms are cleaned very well every day. The resort is large and incredibly spacious, beautifully green with wildlife. I was a bit disappointed with the food. It could be more varied, in my opinion. There are several swimming pools and a private beach with bars where you can order good drinks. The adjacent Xcaret park is highly recommended for children, but definitely for adults as well.'

'Een goed leuk uitziend hotel Er is wel wat te doen sommige dingen betaald . Eten best veel en veel waar je apart kan gaan eten maar weinig variatie. pas op met taxi het is een gesloten gebied dus je komt daar alleen met hun taxi af omdat deze hotel buiten de hotel zone valt die zijn erg prijzig '

'We really enjoyed our stay at the Hilton! My husband isn’t the easiest to please but even he had nothing to complain about. The hotel is out of the busy hotel zone, which we really liked. It’s very private and quiet. The staff is really friendly and up to help with whatever issues you might have. The food is great, there’s plenty of choice and it varied. The rooms are nice and clean. 'We loved our stay at Grand Sunset Princess! We stayed in the platinum suite and loved the amenities we had. The staff were extremely attentive and kind -- our drinks were never empty! The spa services were great -- clean and relaxing. I highly recommend this resort to anyone looking for a getaway! '

'We had a great time and would definitely go again. The rooms were large and clean. House keeping came everyday and did a great job, our fridge was well stocked and we would leave and drink requests on a note with a tip for when they restocked daily. All the staff were very nice throughout the resort. The buffet's were good and had a wide variety, and the restaurants were all very good. The beach is Rocky but as long as you bring water shoes you'll be fine, it was worth it for the snorkeling. '
