the hotel is on a busy road so quite noisy during the day (from 6 am). Our room was next to the patio. No windows to be opened to fresh air which made the climate in the room not very nice. The whole day was music in the patio, not very much to our taste. Boring psycadellic music in the morning and not so nice pop music at night. the first night we asked to turn the music of, but the next two nights the same kind of music was still turned on. The watervin the shower does not run away fast enough, so your feet are bathing in dirty water. There is a lamp near the bed, but does not work. So why put it there?

Somos una casa de alojamiento, lo que ofrecemos por el precio es lo que hay, no le engañamos somos una posada sencilla.

La ubicación es buena, es accesible tanto para salir de la ciudad como para ir al centro. El personal amable y las instalaciones muy limpias. Excelente para ir en familia.

You get what you pay for
Cheap, clean hotel. I felt as if I was on exhibit however. There were windows in the room on 2 sides that opened to halls. No windows open to the outside. I think it is attached to a family home. It is a fair walk to the centro. Complementary breakfast was fruit plate ( in my experience, an apple diced with a small amount of yogurt on it), coffee, juice, and bread.

mucho ruido toda la noche se escuchaban los ruidos asta de afuera y pasamos muy pala noche porque había pulgas en el cuarto, en la mañana un horror llenos de piquetes. no se los recomiendo! puedes hospedarte en hoteles mas baratos y mucho mejores. muy caro para la mala noche.

hotel con ambiente cultural
Es un hotel que me pareció agradable para descansar luego de andar fuera todo el día. No hay mucho ruido y las camas son cómodas para dormir. Sin embargo, creo que su oferta de alimentos podría ser mejor y a mejores precios.

Very good hotel, very helpful staff
We stayed several days in this lovely hotel. The beds were very comfortable and the bathroom had one of the best showers I've had in Mexico. The staff were very nice and helpful; when we asked for an extra blanket and a hair drier they provided both in no time. The cleanliness standards are superb and every day they left us toiletries, tissues, juice and water. They also arranged our tour to the Canyon del Sumidero and helped my partner when he needed to print and scan a document. I would not hesitate to recommend this friendly hotel.

Fantastique
Accueil très chaleureux. Personnel charmant et dispo. Hôtel coquet. Petit déj inclus très raisonnable. Un petit coup de cœur pour cet établissement familiale. Le quartier est certes un peu excentré mais pas si loin que ça du zocalo, à pieds ou même via un collectivo qui passe juste devant l'hôtel pour à peine 6 pesos. Autre avantage, de ce lieu, c'est qu'il vous permet de voir des quartiers que vous n'auriez sans doute pas visités si vous optiez pour un hôtel proche du centre. À recommander donc!

It's like staying in a strangers house considering the owners live there. You can't have an intimate moment with your spouse either or you'll feel ashamed because everything echoes in this forsaken place. DO NOT STAY IN THIS HOTEL EVER!!!!

Un poco retirado del centro.
La familia que atiende el hotel son jóvenes con muchos deseos de atender a la huéspedes, desafortunadamente están un poco retirados del centro de la Ciudad, pero están ganando reputación y casi la semana que pase ahí siempre tenían gente, Felicidades!!! El desayuno normal . El cuarto que me otorgaron había dos camas una matrimonial y otra individual y el espacio algo reducido, por lo que se siente todo amontonado, quizá una cama, la matrimonial seria bueno.

The staff is wonderful!
The staff tried by all means to make us feel welcome and comfortable. They were helpful and worked very hard to get everything we needed (a remedy for an upset stomach, a thread and needle, touristic orientation) and more. The hotel is cute, clean, and comfortable. A great, affordable place to stay in San Cristobal.

Descubriendo San Cristóbal
En general la experiencia fue muy buena. El hotel está alejado del centro de la ciudad, y el acceso no fue fácil, porque no se especifican bien las opciones para llegar desde diferentes entradas de la ciudad.. El hotel está muy limpio y los servicios de internet funcionan muy bien. Hay un problema con el menú del desayuno, que se incluye en el precio, pero luego no tienen más opción que la del desayuno que ofrecen. El personal está atento a las necesidades de los viajeros y tienen muiy buena disposición para compartir información de utilidad para conocer la ciudad, los alrededores u otros sitios de interés cerca de San Cristóbal. No tienen estacionamiento y no explican las mejores opciones para dejar el auto por la noche.

A bit outside, but worth the walk
Really good price for value. Clean, comfortable, at times a little bit noisy. Close to a big supermarket (Chedraui), but about 10-15 minutes outside of the center. Was perfect for three nights, as long as you don't have any problems with walking a little.

soy una persona que gusta de San Cristobal de las Casas, he venido muchas veces por esta ocasion traje a mi familia y reserve y pague por medio de hoteles.com, los servicios que te ofrecen no se cumplen, el hotel no esta hubicado en el centro, no tienen el servicio de estacionamiento, no tienen servicio de plancha, ni desayuno y menos de internet....un super pesimo lugar...los precios estan igual que los hoteles del centro..por favor no vengan a este hotel y el encargado del hotel..pesima persona.
