'The location to Goat Island was great - only a one mile walk to the Falls. You can either walk down the level street to the bridge or across the street into the park and down 54 metal stairs to a nice scenic walk in the park. (I only mention the metal because some dogs are afraid of those.) The townhome was clean and comfortable, but without carpets you can hear every footstep when someone is upstairs. 'This property was in perfect vicinity to the falls and area attractions. The neighborhood felt safe and the unit had all the basics we needed for a two night stay! We really enjoyed being able to walk across the street and have the river walk so close by - only about a ten minute walk to the falls observation area! We browsed a lot of units on VRBO before choosing this one and I’m so glad we did… it was great!! Thanks for the treats upon checkin and providing some basic toiletries for our stay...

'The property was just as described and listed on Vrbo. Check in process was easy. House was clean. We were in town for back to back concerts. Love being able to hang out prior to heading to the shows. The kitchen being stocked allowed us to cook simple meals (breakfast) and save on going to restaurants. If the need to stay in Buffalo came up again, we would without a doubt book this property again!'

'My family really enjoyed our stay here. The location has such easy access to the falls, and we were able to walk pretty much everywhere in town that we wanted to go. As a family of 4 with 2 adult children this gave us the extra space we needed without having to buy 2 hotel rooms. The place is not super luxurious, but is well stocked with all the basics that we needed to enjoy our stay.'

'The place was perfect and Travis was incredibly helpful. The game we were traveling up to see got delayed, and Travis was very accommodating with allowing us to slightly modify our reservation so we could still make everything work. 'Clean, spacious and exactly what we needed for a Thanksgiving holiday with family. I especially appreciated the minimal cleanup required upon checkout. Obviously we would never leave the place a mess, but it was great to leave the deep cleaning to the cleaning staff so we could get on the road. I'd absolutely rent this home again.'

'Shannon’s neighborhood house is well-suited for a couple, or a family of four, as a great alternative to another hotel/motel stay. Pros: comfortable beds, nice living room with seating for 4+, cozy little kitchen with glass table for two, W & D to take care of a week’s laundry, entry code and great communications with specific directions & instructions. "We smelled marihuana in the room. At first the reception employee and manager wouldn't give us another room even though we have 3 kids. Only if we would pay 300 dollar per night extra. Concierge was a great guy. Eventually they offered us a clean room without extra cost."

"Pluspunten: de prijs, ligging vlak bij de watervallen, parkeren bij het hotel (wel betaald), ruime kamers, zwembad waar de kids veel plezier hebben gehad. Op onze verdieping was het heel rustig, hadden geen geluidsoverlast, ook niet van de straat. Daartegenover staat dat het hotel wat verouderd is, het ontbijt stelde niets voor (komen we vaker tegen in de VS) en was erg ongeorganiseerd, het inchecken duurde lang omdat er maar 1 meisje achter de balie stond die iedereen moest helpen. Ook werden de kamers niet schoongemaakt vanwege covid onder het personeel (stond aangegeven bij de receptie). Ons boeide het niet want we waren er maar 2 nachten maar Covid in augustus ‘23?"
