'The Royalton Chic was the PERFECT Resort in every way possible. The property was not only beautiful, but clean, and welcoming. The food was fresh and delicious. The staff was unbelievably helpful and polite. They deserve a hundred stars. I cannot express how perfect my stay was.'

'Room AC was not working after calling multiple times person came and did something but it did resolve the issue. We were sweating in night since ac was not working. Person who came to fix don’t understand other the Spanish. We. Did sleep for all three nights first night was fine as we were tired'

'for a 4 star hotel I expect a lot more. staff was not able to provide an invoice with the company name, required for reimbursement (business travel). you have to pay credit first to have something written to your room. a blockage on the credit card was not possible in order to have everything the the room invoice. Receipts where not provided for whatever you ate or drank. not worth the money we paid but is was close to the congress. '

'This was a last minute trip but we were pleasantly surprised! The facility was lovely, beach was amazing, and food was good…and we can be picky about food. Noticed there was inconsistency with staff communication…for example booked a massage with a staff member but when I went to the spa for my appointment they had no record of it. But overall we were very happy and so surprised we were actually able to swim at a Cancun beach! Will def be back!'
