'Great breakfast, buffet options, clean pool, beautiful view and beaches, upgraded room free of charge. However, we was misled about the spa services. We were informed we can use the expedia 20% off with our promotional spa services, hence why we booked it. The day of the spa services my best friend and I was unable to make it and overslept due to being sick. We were not provided any accommodations for this was was charged full price for a service we did not prepay for or use. When we ask to use...

'We had theeee most amazing time! Everyone treated us like vip and our Cabana service was Excellent and accommodated our every need even helping with bug spay.. we saw turtles come to shore and everything!! It was A MAGICAL EXPERIENCE I WILL NEVER FORGET!!!'

'for a 4 star hotel I expect a lot more. staff was not able to provide an invoice with the company name, required for reimbursement (business travel). you have to pay credit first to have something written to your room. a blockage on the credit card was not possible in order to have everything the the room invoice. Receipts where not provided for whatever you ate or drank. not worth the money we paid but is was close to the congress. '

'Amazing staff come here every year and get treated with the same respect'

'This was a last minute trip but we were pleasantly surprised! The facility was lovely, beach was amazing, and food was good…and we can be picky about food. Noticed there was inconsistency with staff communication…for example booked a massage with a staff member but when I went to the spa for my appointment they had no record of it. But overall we were very happy and so surprised we were actually able to swim at a Cancun beach! Will def be back!'
