'Great hotel but the quality of food and restaurants could be a bit better. It is just not of good quality. French is not afrench Italian is not Italian Japanese is not Japanese. I fully understand as all of the staff are Mexican and are doing a great job in pleasung everyone.'

'We stayed for 10 nights. The maids were exceptional. They work hard and made sure we had everything we required in our room. Our Tommy was spotless everyday! The concierge employee was miserable & rude. The desk employee gave little information. You’re treated good by the staff on the property until you refuse your welcome gift/ turn down the offer to become a member. Your snuted upon after the thank you but No Not Interested! 'Gezellige sfeer, tikkie harde muziek in lobby en kookgeur in kamer. Leuk entertainment en mooi strand.'

'Very clean Restaurants were great Good food Nice air conditioning'

'Personeel is vriendelijk. Hotel is erg centraal gelegen.

'The bartenders where great, but the pool bars get closed too soon. The burgers and hot dogs are horrible.'

'This is the best place to stay in Mexico. The staff is amazing and we love being there. I would highly recommend this resort its the very vert best.'

'The hotel is beautiful, the room is very clean and the staff is fantastic.'
