'Great unit -perfect for 2 couples or a parent with 2 kids! Both bedrooms have their own bathroom. One bedroom has a folding divider as a door and that opens to the living area. Very clean. Property manager is very responsive! We had issues with the AC not working but it seems the whole building was down so nothing anyone could really do about it > otherwise the location is great you can walk everywhere and was also very quiet apartment which was nice at night!'

'Great property. We loved having access to a parking spot. Location was perfect for us not too far from downtown and easy to jump in car and explore further afield. Owners were easy to communicate with and we loved all their places to eat and see recommendations which we made good use of. Would definitely stay again if back in Nashville'

'It was a good location so we could easily walk to restaurants and things to do. Apartment was very clean and the kitchen well-stocked. If you’re a light sleeper it may not be the best choice for you as it’s right across the street from the fire station and the bedroom is on the street side. The host was a good communicator and graciously was able to honor our request for an early checkin.'

'We really enjoyed the condo in Germantown in Nashville! It was spacious and clean and comfortable and a nice outdoor deck to enjoy. We were able to walk from Broadway Street in the day; I wouldn't recommend walking at night, but Ubers were easy to get. We had a great time! It's also a short Uber ride to the Gulch area, which we really enjoyed.'

'Great little place. Perfect location. Safe neighborhood, with a very short walk to downtown. Noise was minimal. Codes were easy to use and the loft was exactly as pictured. Loft was clean and fresh. Beds were very comfortable. Linens were clean and we had enough for us. Shower was always hot. Garbage was easy enough to handle. If you need dark to sleep, you may want to bring a sleep mask. 'Condo was as advertised except maybe the neighbor which was a little “sketchy”. It is down by the river and railroad tracks in a more industrial area. Walked to and from Broadway through some homeless persons without event. The condo was well stocked with everything we needed and extremely clean.'

'I brought my daughter for a fun, long weekend in Nashville for her birthday. Wanted a home base away from the downtown hype. This cabin was a great choice. Charming property with rustic feel. The roosters will crow early,but I am an early riser and didn’t mind 😊. My daughter loved the extra touches added to the cabin to celebrate her birthday.
