We loved the location and precious animals around the property. The three barn cats were extremely friendly and made us feel at home. 'Need a place to stay while my daughter and I attended a camp nearby. the location was convenient to town and there were perks to the apartment including a pool, it was rather dirty. Lots of insects (not because it was in the mountains but because of caretaking). It was rather dirty, enough that my kids commented on that. It also had some rather easy repairs that were needed yet left undone. The apartment smelled of weed in certain areas which was a turnoff.'

'Nice weekend getaway to get some quietness. This place would be really nice in the beginning of the fall in which it's still warm and vacation time period is not as busy. Owners was very helpful and always picked up the phone. We had a miss communication with the fire stick, but they quickly rectify the issue within hours and apologies for any inconvenience. These are the type of owners you always want to rent from. Local pizza place was really good.'

Only problem I had was trying to read hand written instructions from the owner before I put on my glasses, and added water to a coffee maker that was already full! We took the advice of the guide and visited Chet’s Place for dinner and visited the nearby lake. Both were great. Eenvoudig maar schoon en compleet.
"Een eenvoudig hotel, gedateerd ook. Maar de prijs is navenant, dus dat kun je verwachten. Het was goed schoon. De bedden waren goed. Parkeerplek genoeg. Er was een magnetron, koffiezetapparaat en koelkast op de kamer. Een extra tafeltje met twee stoelen ook. Wij waren eerlijk gezegd aangenaam verrast gezien de lage prijs. In de omgeving verschillende restaurants. Wij zijn naar een bbq restaurant geweest ongeveer 2 km verderop waar we echt uitstekend gegeten hebben. Er is ook een supermarkt aan de overkant van de straat. "
