Perfect hotel. Well situated, only a 10 minute walk from the village centre. Very clean, large room, view on the garden, well away from the road, hot water, etc. One thing, don't have breakfast in the hotel. That is lousy: expensive and not tastefull. But on your way to the main square (right side of the road) you'll find a very small breakfast place run by mother & daughter (little patio and 4 colourfull signs hanging on the outside where the food options are mentioned). For less than 40 pesos you can have a great Mexican meal and a smile.
