Geweldig!
De beschrijving klopt helemaal met de de indeling en voorzieningen van het appartement. De ontvangst door Adrian was hartelijk en ook de contacten daarna waren vriendelijk en behulpzaam. De woning was nieuw en zeer smaakvol ingericht en heel schoon! Er werd iedere dag schoongemaakt en de waterreserve werd goed bijgehouden. In de buurt het gezellige restaurant La Buena Vida; de cocktails zijn er overheerlijjk! Het appartement staat helaas achter een ander appartementencomplex, maar de zee is net te zien! Een heerlijk en schoon zwembad op het strand met palmen, vanwaar je kunt snorkelen. Kortom: een waar paradijsje!

lovely studio with full kitchen
We really enjoyed our third stay at Nahil #12! As always, the beach and the bay are amazing, weather was incredible, and the apartment has everything you need for a short to medium length stay. Plenty of beach towels, chairs, etc. We did have trouble with the shower to begin with as the water would keep cycling through scalding hot to freezing cold (it couldn't maintain a steady temp), but after turning the temperature all the way down at the boiler we were able to make it work fine. A couple of bits of info need updating in the booking info email, i.e The Green Eyes management office has moved location up the street and the back up wifi login info no longer works (the internet does come and go a bit... so if you are working remotely you might want to ensure you have international roaming and a hot spot set up). Shared pool and sun loungers down at the beach are lovely. We were a bit unlucky with having a very loud and inconsiderate family at another apartment dominating the pool area for a few days. They need to be reminded when they book that it's a shared pool and common area. Perhaps rent a private house if you need to blare music and shout all afternoon. Despite these few issues, the apartment is excellent, the location amazing, and all in all a very enjoyable vacation.

Amazing place to stay!
My partner and I had an amazing stay here over new years! The home was very clean and comfortable and was the perfect size for us. We were in Akumal for 4 days but staying here really felt like staying at a home - it was lovely! We felt very safe in the home and walking around and Akumal. Any time we had a question or problem, John was incredibly responsive and helpful. For example, at one point we were having a small issue with the hot water, and John called someone to come and fix it immediately. I would stay here again and I recommend it!

Perfect for our peaceful pre-baby escape
My husband and I have stayed in Akumal several times before this (in other rentals) and really loved our spot at Nahil this time. We are expecting a baby in 3 months and wanted to take some time to slow down and enjoy lots of snorkeling together. This place was a perfect fit: clean and quiet, with everything we needed to make our breakfasts and coffee in the morning (we also enjoyed a breakfast and a couple of lunches at the new Jungla Cafe nearby). We slept well, the bed was comfortable and access to the water was only a few steps away. We also appreciated that there were lots of hooks in the bathroom and outside for hanging our wet snorkeling gear. We love Akumal and were excited to see that it hadn’t changed drastically since our last trip 4 years ago! Although we were initially looking for an ocean view, the location on Nahil 12 in the back house was more peaceful and private than the units facing the ocean - we felt fortunate to be there and would definitely return for our next trip to Akumal.

Sehr geschmackvoll, liebevoll und gemütlich eingerichtetes Apartment. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Das Zimmer wird jeden Tag gemacht und die gesamte Anlage ist sehr gepflegt. Auf dem Balkon kann man toll frühstücken. Es gibt sogar einen Sonnenschirm. Der Pool wird ebenfals jeden Tag gereinigt und überprüft. Der Strand wird auch jeden Tag gesäubert. Es gibt im Gegensatzu zum südlichen Strandabschnitt der Halfmoon-Bay sehr wenig Sargassum. Das liegt vermutlich an der vorgelagerten Lagune. Leider ist das Wasser in strandnähe sehr flach, was den Einstieg ins Meer ein wenig erschwert. Insgesamt war Nahil 12 ein sehr schönes und empfehlenswertes Refugium. Wir würden gerne wiederkommen.

Nahil is a wonderful escape. The property and surrounding area is quiet and relaxed. There are several really great places to eat breakfast, lunch, dinner, or just to go have some drinks on the beach. It's situated right on Half Moon Bay, which has its own coral reef. When the waves cooperate, it's a snorkeler's paradise. Even when the water is a little rough, it's amazing, you just have to work for it. Bring or buy water shoes though, as the way into the water is rocky. The local culture has an island-like feel, which means everyone is friendly and relaxed. Akumal beach and the plaza with the shops, snorkeling and diving tours, and even more restaurants is a 20-minute walk away. The Yal-Kul lagoon is a three-minute walk (a great place to snorkel). This is a wonderful place to get away to if you love the water, want to see tropical fish, rays, and sea turtles, and enjoy good food in a relaxed and quiet atmosphere.

Second time staying here. Love this condo. Very comfortable bed and living area with nice couch and TV, great little patio and steps away from pool and beach area. Snorkle right out your door or hit up the lagoon just around the corner. Well equipped kitchen but if you need anything there's stores and restaurants very close. It's comfort in paradise.

Magical spot
If you are looking for a quiet yet beautiful spot by the beach this is the condo for you. The condo is clean and beautifully furnished with all the amenities you need. The on-site staff is friendly and helpful. The crystal clear ocean is right out your front door and has the best snorkeling in the bay. We saw many sting rays, tropical fish, squid, barracuda and even a baby turtle. The grounds and pool are immaculate and relaxing and there is 24/7 security. The town of Akumal is quaint and has the most amazing restaurants for every flavor. This is a perfect getaway.

We had a beautiful vacation in the Yucatán. Akumal was perfect for our stay. And this home we found on VRBO was sanctuary. We couldn’t be more pleased. The home had everything we could need! Plus the location was excellent, not too far from Tulum and Playa del Carmen but just enough off the beaten path to have privacy and solitude away from all the craziness of tourists and big resorts. In Heaven Garden View with Amazing Snorkeling
We had an amazing and seamless communication with John, check in was very easy and the condo is even prettier in person. The grounds are very secure and well kept and the condo is right on the beach. Nahil 12 was an amazing place to lounge and land after long days snorkeling in the reef and ocean right out front. There are plenty of beach chairs to lay out on and the pool was well maintained and clean. Really loved this place and will book again for our next stay. The staff at the property was also very helpful and kind, housekeeping was secure and parking was always available out front. You'll love this place!

Absolutely fantastic property! John and Liz thought off everything. Anything we would need or want in a rental was provided. Beautiful surroundings amd short distance to shops and restaurants. Golf carts and bikes we're available to rent for cheap. We travel all over the world for work and pleasure and this was certainly one of best stays ever. The condo staff were super friendly and helpful as well as the neighbors. We didn't want to leave and we will certainly be returning soon. I highly recommend this stay. 10/10

Lovely stay in Half Moon Bay
Very lovely, clean, well-equipped, comfortable & new-looking studio condo with views of tropical gardens and only a few steps to the beach. Very responsive & pleasant owner. Recommend putting a stopper or similar on the shower door as when opening it, the glass shower door can easily hit the toilet & could break. Check-in process would have been an easy process but reason for 3 stars was because previous guests must have left late and cleaning staff were still cleaning 45 min past the 3:00 PM check-in time. Highly recommended for a single person or couple.

The studio apartment is such a great spot for two people to stay. Everything needed for a convenient, restful stay is provided. As of this writing, internet is at times a bit spotty because it comes via satellite. Having daily maid service is excellent and laundry is convenient. The complex is usually quiet with a lovely small pool and quiet beach in north Akumal.

Very nice property!!! Very clean and well decorated.
I have rented from Vrbo in many different locations. This property is one of the nicest, it’s very clean, are well decorated. The condo has everything you need from silverware to glasses. There’s no pictures, but on one of the buildings there is a Palapa with the hammock, a beautiful area and a must see! If you have small children that want to play at the beach, this may not be the place for you. A lot of coral at the beach. Overall a great location and nice condo. The only negative thing I have for this property is it would’ve been nice if the property manager or housekeeping could have turn the AC on prior to our arrival. The condo was shut up for several days and extremely hot inside. Although the AC works well, it took several hours to make the condo comfortable. Also, there is daily housekeeping which I was not aware of but is very nice!!!

Great spot to relax
We had a very relaxing time during our time at this property. The beach being just steps away was very convenient, along with being much quieter than most public beaches along the Riviera Maya. Restaurants and shops being close by was a plus as well. Most places are touristy but still quite good. Information provided by the owners was great, as were the amenities within the apartment -- there were always enough plates, cups, spoons, etc., which is sadly not always the case. Future renters would probably find it helpful to have a laundry key, a parking pass (we didn't realize we needed one and got it the last day we were there), as well as information about ATMs in Akumal (we learned that there are four, they don't always work, and they don't dispense the same currency). All in all, a lovely spot!

Great relaxing vacation
My husband and I spent a week in Nahil 12 and loved our stay. The interior of the condo was very clean and nice and the grounds were very well maintained. Loved that there were always plenty of pool chairs and loungers at the beach. Enjoyed snorkeling right outside the condo and saw a sea turtle one morning. Would recommend bringing water shoes as the beach is very rocky. Nice location within walking distance of great restaurants - we loved Que Onda and La Lunita. Would definitely like to come back and stay in Nahil 12!

Excellent condo in a perfect location
This condo is perfect for a couple looking for a clean and new home base in Akumal. The oceanfront setting is ideal and the pool is well maintained. The condo itself is new and clean, the bed is comfortable, the kitchen is very well equipped and the bathroom is fresh and modern and the wifi signal is quite decent. The crew on site is very helpful and John responded immediately over email to a question we had. All in all, this condo provided us with an affordable 5 star experience in Akumal and we will not hesitate to stay here again on our next visit.

Very lovely! Beautiful location.
We so enjoyed our stay here. The studio is small but not cramped, and was very comfortable. The kitchen is well equipped. The balcony overlooks a fountain and many tropical trees. We were happy to walk, but the condo is a bit far from the main road and many amenities. Ther are however many excellent restaurants nearby. The snorkeling off the beach in front of the condo was fantastic!

A true gem, beautiful Inside and out, better than we imagined.
From the people to the food, (La Lunita was our favorite) to the ocean steps away, we had the best vacation ever. John was so quick to respond when we first got in and the TV had a glitch, took care of it promptly. The condo is modern beautiful, comfortable and close to everything. Hardly used the car at all. Yal Ku is right around the corner, great snorkeling. The snorkeling right out your door is great also. Took my first dive through the akumal dive shop. Absolutely awesome. Ran every day, also wonderful.. The only thing that would have made it better is if it was longer. We will be back. Thanks John and Liz for a great first I akumal. Carlos & Jean

Great condo! All the amenities and beautiful beach location and amazing snorkeling right outside.
Loved this condo and would definitely stay here again. Modern, clean, with all the amenities. The beach area a few steps away was fantastic. Actually preferred the garden view due to it being sheltered from the wind and noise of the ocean. Made sleeping much nicer. John was very responsive with any little questions we had. Akumal Half-Moon Bay is a great area to stay and enjoy as home base for Mexico adventures! or just to snorkle and lay on the beach.

Super clean and peaceful.
The condo was exceptionally clean. Everything that we needed was at our fingertips. The staff at Green Eyes Management were friendly and very helpful. The maids came daily to clean the entire condo. The bed was very comfortable and the shower was clean and modern. The beach was only steps away from the condo. Enjoying our morning coffee on the spacious patio while listening to the tropical birds sing was paradise. The snorkeling was fantastic and the water was crystal clear. My wife and I enjoyed our evening short walks to many of the wonderful restuarants. My wife and I will certainly return.

Lovely spot, terrific couple's get away
The Nahil condo complex is new and well - maintained by dedicated staff and the Nahil 12 condo in particular is a gem. The grounds (gorgeous gardens), pool and beach were attractive and spotless. We had the place mostly to ourselves for a glorious week of relaxing, book reading, snorkeling and dining out. While there is a well -equipped kitchen in the condo, we only cooked breakfasts and went to one of the very good local restaurants for dinner each night. We found the accommodations inside the condo to be very comfortable - - queen, comfy bed with good linens, modern designed bath with a nice shower fixture (rain above AND hand held), fluffy soft and large towels (we are big people), cozy living room with huge TV on a hinge to watch either from couch,chairs or bed and great reception for Netflicks/Amazon. We are very particular about having comfortable outside seating for reading and relaxing when we are on vacation and the fabric "gravity recliners" Liz and John have on their balcony were fabulous! The umbrella there came in handy too. We hope to return next year to have another romantic week at this special place. Tropical Garden and Coral Reef
Set in tropical gardens the trees provide welcome shade and a water feature provides calming sounds. Walk 20 yards between the main Nahil buildings to a swimming pool and another 20y to the beach. Easy access from beach for snorkelling on the nearby reef - all very safe. Good sized balcony with chairs. Excellent kitchen facilities. Overall great value for a top apartment

Peaceful Paradise!!
We had such a wonderful stay at your beautiful condo. Great location, with the beach and restaurants just a few steps away. We felt very safe the whole time we were there, and had no problems walking to nearby restaurants day and night. We enjoyed the well stocked kitchen. We made breakfast every morning, and had coffee on the peaceful patio. The condo is just as described - brand new, pristinely clean. The lovely maid Carina kept the condo spotless every day. Amazing condo, more than I expected

Excellent stay
I loved my stay in Akumal. The location is perfect (snorkel right off the beach!) and is within walking distance to several restaurants and small stores. WOW!!!!! Just as we expected
My wife and I had a wonderful stay at your lovely condo. The beach was only steps away where we enjoyed snorkeling. The maid that took care of us was always smiling and kept the place spotless. We felt like this was our very own condo. A great place to get away and relax. We will definitely be back.

Amazing vacay!
This condo was just what my husband and I needed, and a great vacay without the kiddos! It was well stocked, we had everything needed to make most of our meals, the bed was super comfy, and we enjoyed coffee every morning on the balcony! The beach is just a few steps away, so we were able to snorkel right in front of the condo, and also loved using the pool every day. We will be back next year! Thanks John and Liz!

Amazing
First I would like to start out by say John and Liz are the best! The condo was everything and more. The other family's in the unit were great. Egreen Eyes property was wonderful they came back later in the evening to make sure we had settled in. All I can say is we plan on coming back every year and staying in John and Liz little piece of heaven if the will have us. Don't pass this one up!

Cozy family gettaway from the hustle and bustle of everyday life !
My 4 year old and I really enjoyed our stay at your condo! The room as was cozy and the decor was absolutely gorgeous! We didn’t cook too much but the local restaurants that were recommended were perfect !! Turtle Bay Cafe ice cream shop with coffee was a huge hit !! Being able to let him swim in the pool allowed me to relax with a great view of the ocean!!! Having the water reservoir built into the fridge was amazing, not having to worry about drinking water was PERFECT!! WiFi was a life saver for us !!! My son loved being able to watch YouTube kids !! Thank you for setting up the perfect getaway! Can’t wait to go back !!!!
