'We had a nice little stay. My kids enjoyed the pool table and the private onsen. We slept Japanese style on the floor with a family of 5. We didn’t have any issues. We enjoyed some adult beverages as well as ate dinner. Dinner is nothing special but it was perfect for us. The staff were amazingly friendly and even spoke English to us. 'The receptionists were very nice and helpful. They provided us with explanations of what we should visit and how indem (thermal bath) should be used. Everything was clean. There was a slight odor in the room coming from wooden furniture, although it wasn’t disturbing. The breakfast was great and very tasty (we could choose a Japanese or European breakfast).
