Es un hotel bonito, con mucha vegetación, las habitaciones y el baño son amplios, cómodos con un balcón lo único es que la habitación le hace falta un mueble como para poner cosas, si tiene clóset pero no tiene sillas ni nada, solo la cama con sus burós.. (habitación queen) el restaurante es pequeño pero bonito solo que tardan mucho en servirte el desayuno, es algo a tener en cuenta porque si te quieres ir rápido tardan en atenderte ya que parece que solo hay una cocinera y una mesera, el desayuno incluido es rico pero una porción pequeña, el área de la laguna está bonito y la atención del personal es buena.

Un excelente experencia frente la laguna
Nuestra estancia la semana pasada en Mi Kasa Tu Casa fue excelente. La habitacion fue muy grande, la cama y almohadas super comodos, y el a/c y tele con Netflix funcionaron muy bien. Tambien teniamos una palapa en el techo con hamaca, mesas y sillas. El servicio que brindaron Emma y los demas fue muy bueno. La piscina fue bonita y limpia. Habia muchos arboles y plantas en la propiedad. El area del muelle excelente, con uso gratuito de los kayaks y SUP. Los desayunos incluidos fueron muy ricos, y las comidas y cenas deliciosas! Muy recomendados los tacos de camaron y los de arrachera!! El hotel es afuera del pueblo, cerca de la carretera. El ruido de la carretera fue el unico negativo, pero la experencia en total fue fantastico!

We felt like we stepped directly into paradise from the first moment we set foot at Mi Kasa Tu Kasa. The grounds, nature, and lagoon of course were breathtaking and Mi Kasa Tu Kasa was the perfect place to enjoy it from. The staff were very accommodating and helpful. We enjoyed the restaurant and generous complementary breakfast. The free kayaks and paddle boards were our favorite! Would definitely recommend to a family member or friend for a family or couples getaway.

We came with high expectations due to feedbacks from guests, got a little disappointed with the room, missing a table with chairs and place to put luggage, we had to leave all in the ground, they mentioned the bed is queen size but it is actually Matrimonial size 1.40m wide. Hotel staff very courteous and helpful, communication by WhatsApp with person running the hotel really helps, it is away from town so need a car or arrange taxi for any transportation to downtown. Nice deck to lagoon and breakfast simple but also good. The lagoon is realy nice and it worths the visit.

Nice and very relaxing atmosphere, boutique hotel with confortable rooms. They have few staff but all of them are hardworking and very nice. The food at the restaurant is very good, with a homemade feel.

La recepcionista no me cambio mi habitación por otra más cercana a la Laguna ni me dejo quedarme una hora después del check up, le dije que tenía calidad silver y dijo que no les interesa lo que diga Hoteles.Com. Su actitud es mil altanera. Los empleados muy bien. Quería un cambio para estar más cerca de la Laguna porque me lastime en otro hotel. Poco empatía.

The property was beautiful. Loved that we could walk up to the laguna and lay out or use the free kayaks or paddle boards. I would say the location isn’t the most ideal to walk to the center of bacalar. You have to drive 5min to get into town. Also, one of the female cooks couldn’t get my order right twice. I ordered the ahi tuna tostadas and she gave fried and oily octopus with plantains on 2 different days. The continental breakfast was free but very small portions. All in all it’s a beautiful place but can be a hassle since you have to drive into town for the sight seeing and food

Fantastic place to stay very relaxing and the team working here are amazing. Lots of great info about Bacalar and really friendly. Having kayaks and paddle boards included was perfect to get out on the lake. Highly recommend going to the pier in the morning to watch the sunrise

Lovely surprise - looks so much better than in pictures. Lush garden property stretching all the way from main road down to the lakeside. The private pier was our personal highlight - did not want to leave after two days! Highly recommended!

Si lo que buscan es un lugar tranquilo y apacible para recargar energías, sin duda deben reservar este hotel. El trato por todo el personal del hotel fue muy atento y ágil, la comida del restaurante fue muy buena, sobre todo por las noches. Además sobra decir que el paisaje era perfecto tanto de día como de noche.

L’Hôtel Mi Kasa Tu Kasa est très bien situé à Bacalar. L'accueil a été très bon et très professionnel de la part du personnel. Les installations sont neuves et en excellent état. Compte avec parking à l’entrée avec accès facile. L'hôtel dispose de 1 piscine très bien aménagée. Petit déjeuner varié et bon.

The property grounds are nice and the private access to the lagoon is exceptional. The staff is great specially Adrian and Marco at the restaurant. They are super attentive and the food is delicious, we enjoyed every single meal. Only con is the rooms are plain and simple, bed is not so comfortable and wifi service is not the best. However, it’s a nice place if you’re looking to relax and unwind.

Habitaciones limpias, amplias y cómodas. Todo el hotel: (jardines, alberca, muelle en la laguna, restaurante) muy bien mantenido y hechos para que sea un espacio relajante, tranquilo y cómodisimo. Perfecto si quieres unas vacaciones tranquilas sin mucha gente. El personal muy muy amable. Seguro regresaré y no dejaré de recomendarlo.

A Gem on Lake Bacalar!
Mi Kasa is a secret gem on the shores of Lake Bacalar. The rooms are lovely, the grounds well maintained and the lake is spectacular. Would definitely return!

The hotel designed very nicely, has a very pleasant environment however, the hotel room has only the queen bed nothing else. There wasn’t neither a chair nor a desk to put stuff on or sit and have a little snack. Just a queen bed in the middle, two very small night stands that you can only put your cellphone on. Also, there were a few stains on the bed sheet, I went and mentioned to the person at the front desk, she just said she is sorry. am quite disappointed .

Mehmet thank you for your review, all our rooms are just like the pictures show, in all our websites. We prefer to have spaceful rooms. Altough we are always working on improve.

La estancia fue muy placentera. El hotel es bonito. El entorno es seguro y queda muy cerca del pueblo. Tiene kayaks y paddle boards a disposición de los clientes. La limpieza puede mejorar
