'Mi experiencia en Óleo Cancún Playa fue excelente. Desde nuestra llegada hasta el momento del check-out, todo transcurrió de manera perfecta. Las instalaciones se encuentran en muy buen estado, la habitación fue cómoda y limpia, y la ubicación del hotel es ideal para disfrutar de Cancún.
La playa fue uno de los aspectos que más disfrutamos. Se encontraba limpia, con una vista espectacular y en excelentes condiciones para pasar tiempo en familia y disfrutar del mar Caribe.

'We paid for Advantage Club, by the end It wasn’t what we expected.
Nothing special for this. Just more $$$
Reception guy wasn’t helpful.
We were charged with a deposit fee for no reason; When, I saw that nobody else was being charged for it.
Personal treat customers depending on the language they spoke.
We needed to pay to get room service flat fee, plus tip. Why will upgrade if you still need to be paying for everything.
Everything closes early as far restaurants.
Definitely will not come back.'

'We enjoyed our stay but I wish the bars and mini club stayed opened longer. Also, I wish there were actual places for food to eat throughout the day. The restaurants opened at 6pm. 'Vale pelo custo benefício mas, nas fotos aparenta ser bem diferente, mais novo e “bonito”. Nossa estadia foi somente para os dias que tínhamos passeios, então só íamos para tomar banho e dormir, nós serviu bem. Para passar mais tempo no hotel não vale a pena.'

'Personeel is vriendelijk. Hotel is erg centraal gelegen. Het eten is lekker bij het buffet. Ik zou er alleen niet elke dag eten want dan eet je bijna elke dag hetzelfde. Parkeren is gemakkelijk en gratis. Wel is het hotel erg druk. Druk bij het restaurant, rijen! Ook bij het inchecken enorme rijen en chaos van alle drukte. Verder prima hotel voor een paar daagjes om je vakantie af te sluiten.'

'First of all the staff was 5⭐️+, second the place it’s exactly what you need nothing fancy but it’s exactly what you need like the beach, pool, bar and the restaurant.
Things I didn’t like I couldn’t change the temperature of the air conditioning of the room it was ok but I like my room really cold.
Second I didn’t like the food at all now that’s a personal choice but I didn’t like it at all, I would love to see more choices to pick.'
