Escape To Paradise !!! Verblijf in een van Puerto Vallarta's nieuwste en meest luxe resort gebieden.

Nuevo Vallarta is ongeveer vijftien minuten ten noorden van Puerto Vallarta, de internationale luchthaven. Laat je taxichauffeur brengt u van het vliegveld naar het Paradise Village naast Paradise Village winkelcentrum, vindt u Gran Marina Villas. Het duurt 20 minuten met de taxi naar de oude stad PV.

Onze mooie een slaapkamer appartement (ongeveer 1100 vierkante voet) is gelegen in het Paradise Village Resort, in een gesloten residentie (Grand Marina Villa's) kijkt uit op de jachthaven.
Het appartement is in één van de best gelegen als gevolg van de vele voorzieningen en activiteiten die het omringen.
Hier bent u slechts een paar minuten lopen van de prachtige stranden, het winkelcentrum van Paradise Village twee verdiepingen met airconditioning winkelcentrum waaronder McDonald's, Subway en Dominos voor de kinderen, is er ook een supermarkt. Binnen het gebied zijn er tal van geweldige restaurants in de buurt - binnen 5-10 minuten! en zelfs een casino. Er is een gratis pendeldienst die u overal op het terrein van deze enorme vijf-sterren resort.

Het gehele complex is een veilige gated community die 24 uur per dag beveiliging heeft en heeft ook artsen in een on-site kliniek recht op 24 uur per dag, elke dag.

Luxe keuken De condo's heeft gloednieuwe GRANIETSTEEN oppervlakken en backsplash, samen met gloednieuwe wastobbe en kraan. Ook is volledig uitgerust met alle apparatuur die nodig is, zoals een full size fornuis en oven, koelkast, vaatwasser, magnetron, koffiezetapparaat, broodrooster, blender en mixer. Onze unit is voorzien van airconditioning, grote kasten, elektronische kluis, twee kabel nieuwe LED-TV's, Blu-Ray spelers en Apple TV / Netflix. Wasruimte met wasmachine en droger, strijkijzer en strijkplank; föhn; beddengoed en handdoeken allemaal beschikbaar. Het heeft ook een slaapbank queen size bed voor 2kids of een volwassene. Terrance Ik kan de garantie dat de meest voorzien bij GMV met luxe meubilair, wonder stenen tafel eetkamer met stoel voor zes als je wilt een aantal gasten en zeer comfortabele banken, plus mooie en zeer verschillende planten. Twee zwembad met een hot tub en een grote palapa met nieuwe Webber barbecue zijn beschikbaar op de locatie van het apparaat en is ideaal voor onderhoudend grotere groepen. Of u kunt een 5 minuten lopen naar uw eigen prive-strand club met airconditioning verandering kamers, een stoombad, een sauna, douches, kluisjes, en het mooiste strand in Nuevo Vallarta.

Nice property

We enjoyed our stay, the unit was well equipped. The towels in the bathroom were not the best, they did not dry properly. There was no beach towels for the pool.The host did not reply to our messages, we did not know what the procedure was for check out, do we wash towels bedding etc. We have an air b&b & provide a booklet for our guests, which has everything you need to know about the property and the area such as restaurants, bus schedules shopping, this would have been helpful.

I love the area, close to restaurants. The condo was perfect for my daughter and I. Very quiet and peaceful. My daughter who is 12 was very comfortable on the food out couch. Firm mattress in master bedroom but I was very comfortable. Lovely balcony with nice furniture. My daughter and I enjoyed the pool. Armando, Pablo and Hose were very kind and helpful at the gate. Checking in was a bit challenging because the gate and management had not been notified of my arrival. Eventually the owners of the unit were reached and everything went smoothly. I was unable to get internet in the unit itself. I spoke with the owners and they said that they were calling the internet provider to fix the issue. Unfortunately the issue, whatever was causing it,was never resolved. I had to rely on cellular data for the entire stay. The owners were very nice and tried to be helpful. Nice people. I would definitely stay there again. I repeat that I love the area and was very happy with the unit. Thanks again for an enjoyable stay. Best, Martie

We loved our stay. The property is gorgeous, the community area is beautiful and well kept. The condo was very clean, exactly as the photos. Very convenient location in Nuevo Vallarta within walking distance of Paradise Village Plaza and Joya Hospital.

Beautiful spot

We stayed for eleven weeks through January and March. Initially Luis was very helpful, and bought what we needed to enjoy our stay. That changed however when there were any problems that needed to be addressed. Internet was one thing, and then the day we were supposed to leave, the safe malfunctioned and we couldn’t open it to retrieve our valuables, passports included. If this had been addressed when we contacted Luis, we would have made our flights. However it was left too late and we had to stay another night, and pay a penalty for flights to return the next day which wasn’t cheap. The condo itself is very nice, but really only good for two people. A very comfortable bed, and the rest of the furniture was getting a bit tired, the patio furniture on the other hand is beautiful. There is a room right outside the door for garbage, recycling etc, and this can be quite noisy at times. I can’t say enough about Grand Marina Villas, it is absolutely stunning! The grounds are beautiful, and the two pools are excellent. The security is top notch, and the two main guards on the front gate go above and beyond to make you feel welcome.

Loved it. It was every thing the owner,Luis Fernando, said it was. Well situated close to all the amenities, well decorated , quiet and clean. Check in and check out was a breeze. Hope to be returning. And Nuevo Vallarta is a wonderful place to holiday.

Style and Comfort

I spent an incredible week at Grand Marina Villas. I was impressed by the location, amenities, an overall cleanliness of the condo. I was treated like a valued guest, and when I arrived I found the fridge stocked with drinks and a message that I was to help myself. The kitchen had everything I needed to prepare my own meals. The in-suite laundry was definitely a plus! The facilities are great as well, with two nice pools and a hot tub. A quick trip out to the golf course enabled me to get a temporary social club membership with full access to state-of-the art athletic facilities (and beach club!). I would highly recommend this rental!

Outstanding Vacation

Where to begin? Firstly, from the very friendly staff, especially Antonio and Eric at the security gate to Daniella in administration, we were very aptly looked after in all our needs in regards to our stay in and around Grand Marina Villas. Luis the owner, was very prompt and accommodating in the booking process and attentive to our needs while staying in his unit. About the unit itself....it was as advertised. Very clean and well- maintained. Very spacious with everything supplied to make our stay an exceptionally comfortable one. From a drinking water crock on the counter to an abundance of spices readily supplied(as well as a lot of other food basics i.e. sugar, coffee, etc. being there for our use)to the well- stocked kitchen with regards to dishes, cutlery, pots and pans and the countless other accessories, it made for an enjoyable experience for our culinary wishes. Speaking of things supplied... bathroom needs were also addressed wonderfully as well as laundering soap for when we needed it. Unit 2105 is just a short, straight walk out to the very beautifully kept grounds and pool area. The master bed is very comfortable with doors leading out to the beautiful balcony/patio /outdoor living space with the high-end furniture awaiting you there for your personal comfort and enjoyment. We spent many enjoyable hours outside relaxing and socializing. To sum it up, a very caring owner (Luis) who has a very nice rental unit for your every need. Grand Marina Villas property is exceptional from the staff to the amenities. It has location, location, location to the mall for your every requirement(especially groceries)With a number of good restaurants within walking distance or the convenience of having a taxi stand right outside of the property gates (to get to those restaurant favs i.e. "La Laguna" which may be a short 40_60 peso cab ride away) All in all, we had one of our best Mexican holidays ever and would not hesitate to stay there again ourselves and highly recommend friends and family to take advantage of this great part of Riviera Nayarit and Nuevo Vallarta in particular. Muchos Gracias Luis and Grand Marina Villas for a wonderful and memorable stay!!
