We overall had a pleasant time here. The food was fantastic with the exception of the Italian place. The Tokyo restaurant was fantastic, and we went back twice.
I was a little disappointed the property advertises 3 pools but one of them is a small wading pool for children, and the other is for royal level only so you realistically only get one pool. I also wish their was a swim up bar, but it’s also the kids pool so I guess that’s why.
Although there is nightly entertainment, there isn’t much to do after 10 pm, or games around.
We loved our bartender staff Ramon, Augustine, and Eric. David in the buffet was great too.
We did have bad service at checkout time. The hotel staff arranged our pick up in accordance with our flight times. Karen informed us we were allowed to keep our wristband until pickup at 4pm, as long as we vacated our room at 12pm. When we returned at 3:30 to hand in our wristbands she was incredibly rude, speaking to her coworker in Spanish angrily and clearly about us. She then went back on her word and said she told us 2pm - accusing us off not returning as instructed. My partner and I were really disappointed with how she spoke to us, and how we were told two different things.
Despite having a great time all week it ended on a sour note. I guess they expected us to sit in the lobby from 12-4pm? After paying for 7 nights, I was surprised they took issue with us spending an extra 3 hours on site, without occupying a room.
