The Space:

Welcome to your home away from home! Nestled in a tranquil neighborhood, our bright and spacious abode is just a 10-minute drive from the bustling heart of downtown Playa del Carmen and a quick 5-minute drive to the fabulous Marena Beach Club. When you're not exploring the vibrant local scene, unwind and enjoy our fantastic communal amenities. Take a refreshing dip in the sparkling pool, fire up the BBQ for a delicious alfresco meal at the shaded poolside dining table, or let the little ones have a blast in the delightful playground area.



For those peaceful moments at home, our sitting area offers plush sofa seating. Need a little extra relaxation? Step into the sunroom, where ultimate Zen vibes await. Lounge in the hammock or sink into a pair of stylish Acapulco chairs and let the serene atmosphere wash over you.



The kitchen is fully equipped to whip up delicious meals, and there's also a BBQ on your private rooftop terrace. Start your mornings with a fresh brew from the coffee maker and blend up some refreshing afternoon beverages with the blender. There are 2 indoor dining tables to choose from for enjoying a meal or working on your laptop.



When it’s time to rest after a full day of fun, there are 3 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms. To accommodate 6 guests, the bedrooms are arranged as such:

Bedroom 1: Double bed & ensuite full bath

Bedroom 2: Double bed

Bedroom 3: 2 Single beds (bunk bed) + office desk & chair

To ensure your comfort, the bedrooms have blackout shades and air conditioning.



For added convenience, we've included a washer and dryer to handle those inevitable spills, ensuring your stay is as carefree as possible.

The Neighborhood:

The property is located in the Nicte-Ha neighborhood, known for its tranquil environment, family-friendly atmosphere, and strategic location that offers a mix of residential comfort and easy access to the vibrant attractions of Playa del Carmen. The neighborhood is well-connected to the rest of Playa del Carmen, with easy access to main roads and public transportation. It's just a short drive or bike ride to the city center and the famous 5th Avenue.



Getting Around:

The apartment is about 55 km | 34 mi from the Cancun International Airport (CUN). Please check your map apps for driving time when you arrive. The best way to arrive is to prearrange transportation or a rental car. There is ample parking on site if you do arrive by car. If you need help arranging transport from the airport, let us know. We’d be happy to help!

- We can help with additional services, including an airport transfer if needed. Just let us know!

- Travelers must be at least 21 years of age or older to book.

- Guests will be asked to sign a Rental Agreement upon booking confirmation.

- No more guests than those listed on the reservation are allowed.

- Guests might be required to present an official ID at check-in or during the stay.

- No smoking of any kind inside the home! Drug use and illegal activity on the premises are also strictly prohibited. Failure to comply results in a $300 fine.

- No parties, events, or excessive noise after 10 pm. Please respect the neighbors.

- Cleaning service is available at an extra cost. Let us know in advance to book it.

- Electricity is included for short-term stays (2-27 nights). Please help save energy by keeping the temperature at 25°C. Electricity is not included for long-term rentals of 28 nights or more and will be charged as consumed based on a $6 MXN (pesos) fee per KW.

- Guests are responsible for damages that occur or extra cleaning costs as a result of their stay.

- Depending on the booking site to make the reservation, a security deposit might be required that is refunded after check-out, provided all terms are met.

- There are outdoor security cameras strictly for security and safety reasons.

- Pets are not allowed.

- Pool and common area rules and hours must be respected.

- Guests must climb stairs inside the unit.



Interaction with Guests:

This is a self-check-in property. You retrieve the keys by entering a code into the lockbox. You will receive full instructions before your arrival.
