Een fantastische locatie aan het strand waarbij wij een beneden kamer hadden met zeeuitzicht. Dat was een pluspunt voor deze accomodatie. De kamer was oke, de bedden waren klein voor twee persoonsbedden (120 breed). Er was achterstallig onderhoudt aan de badkamer, deze mogen een opknapbeurt krijgen. De strandbedjes zijn gratis maar een aantal zijn standaard gereserveerd. Verder is het personeel vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Op loopafstand van gezellig restaurant straatje en er zit een grote supermarkt in het dorpje. Een aanrader is snoorkelen in het rif.

Mooi gelegen aan het strand, er is nog best iets te zien met snorkelen. Maar je moet een tour boeken om echt bij het rif te mogen komen. Kamer (palapa king) was fijn en groot, eindelijk een bed waar voeten niet uitstaken. Service op het strand was erg traag, drie keer vragen om de menukaart en vervolgens wel andere mensen de kaart brengen die later aankwamen. Eten en drinken is naar verhouding (erg) prijzig, cocktails bijv. zijn bij restaurants om de hoek veel goedkoper.

the place was horrible, ants on the bed, sink faucet dripping, sheets and towels knew better days, tv didnt work, everything was unkept. the hotel was understaffed and with no tools to solve the numerous issues.

Loved the beachfront location and balcony views. Free WIFI was great. Good daily housekeeping although towels have seen better days! Wish there was a coffee maker, comfortable chair or desk and a safe in the room, plus a dresser. The room/hotel could do with a little updating and some repairs, but overall we had a good stay and would return

No me dieron la habitacion que pague , muy sucia, no habian hecho el aseo adecuado, no servian ni los dispensadores de jabon , los controles de aire y tv sucios , pegagosos, buros sucios , michas hormigas en la habitacion. Pros: The property is well located. All room are close to the oceans. Nice balconies , palms trees that give natural shade. Many restaurents near. Cons: My room was never serviced in 5 days No water in the room. No water bottle offered The beach chairs are rented to outsider they have you reserve one but if you forget you won’t get a place. The food was pricy for the quality.

The location on the beach and near town is amazing! Everything else is lacking. The room we reserved for 4 people was a tiny, concrete box with 2 full sized beds that you could only access from one side due to lack of space. Our room came with 2 bath towels and one hand towel. The shower had shampoo, soap and conditioner bottles but they were all empty. No bedside lamp meant the only lighting was the overhead light.The AC worked and there was a tiny mini fridge though. The "beach club" was great, but very competitive to get seating (we were there over a weekend so I'm sure it was extra busy). The restaurant food and drinks were very poor. Stick to the cold beer. The staff was all very kind, but clearly understaffed. Check in took over 20 minutes because the young man couldn't find a credit card processor to process our payment. The pool was lack luster and not very clean. Crowded with lots of families and people learning to scuba dive. And there were only 2 chairs and one picnic table next to the pool. If all you need is a concrete room with AC next to the beach and right in town, this is your place! If you plan to stay for more than a night or two, I would look elsewhere.

Super Lage direkt am Strand. Der Ort ist sehr schön und noch nicht ganz so überlaufen. Aber das Haus ist ziemlich in die Jahre gekommen und für die Zimmerausstattung viel zu teuer. Kein Schrank, kein Wasser zum Trinken. Die Terrasse liess sich nicht mehr verriegeln.

Not sure if my room was the most basic on the property? Walking around seeing in other rooms looked nicer than the one I was in. My room seemed like a dorm room. Furniture made out of plywood. Hotel is on great location on the beach & nice close walk to main town area.

The room was very basic, all that I needed though (bed & shower). I arrived early & was able to lay on the beach chairs until check in time. The beach was amazing! I sunbathed & snorkeled. Nice walk to dinner. Not a 5 star hotel but a 5 star experience!

Note that the hotel and beach club are separate properties with different receptions. Our shuttle dropped us off at the hotel and we had to haul our luggage to the beach club in pouring rain - no fun. The best thing about the beach club is the location. We were literally stepping from our room onto the beach. There are plenty of lounge chairs under palm trees. The beach is shallow with fine sand. We didn't have a big seaweed problem in January. It's a 10 min walk into town and there are tons of restaurants nearby. The food at the beach club was surprisingly good, esp. breakfast and dinner. On the downside, it is certainly a more dated place with limited amenities. The pool was cloudy but we prefer the ocean anyway. Our bathroom had a foul smell until I fixed the drain under the sink. The cleaning team did a good job daily. So, overall good value for money if you don't want to pay the hefty resort prizes, want easy beach and town access but can live with some compromises.

The location is fantastic. Karizma at the reception, Jesus selling tours and Poncho cooking at Ki restaurant are fantastic. But above all, the cleaning ladies were such dears and worked so hard and were extremely courteous of our time schedules.

Fantastic location and large rooms. Just needs taking care of better. For example our room key rarely worked for 2 weeks but noone helped us. Lots of silly little things like no coat hangers, manky taps in shower, dirty windows,manky chairs on the balcony. All very easy to fix so get on and do it! The important things were fantastic and would return in spite of the niggles

Super bien localisé sur la plage de Puerto Morelos. Personnel sympathique. Grande piscine, super avec les enfants! Vu sur la mer des balcons. Nous y sommes rester 2 nuits au début de notre séjour. C’était parfait pour ce que nous avions besoin et pour le prix. Nous avons déjeuner sur place 800mxn pour 3 assiettes. L’hôtel est vieille, mais tout fonctionne bien.

Negatief: Voorzieningen
Our room was to be ocean view. It was if we walked around message shop. Was to have balcony had terrace no view, no shade. But saving best for last there is a closet that has toilet pipes through it. Makes noise all the time it’s right next to bed . Don’t open it completely gross. Bathroom moldy under sink. Asked to be moved 2 times
