The location was perfect . We enjoyed having a beach club that we did not have to pay for . We like to make our own drinks in our room and take to the beach chairs provided . Good WiFi . There are many dining options for all budgets. We will return

The hotel is what I expected, but with a little extra effort, it could be a nice place. The air conditioning worked well, the location is great, it was safe, and the refrigerator was helpful. The towels are old and worn out and the shower head needs to be cleaned. The bed sheets were not soft, but adequate. A small table on the balcony would be helpful. We couldn't get the TV channels to work, but not a big problem.

La propiedad en general está bien, la ubicacion es muy buena por la salida a la playa, la pileta se nota desatendida y en el club de playa la atencion está puesta fundamentalmente en los huéspedes de ese sector y no tanto a los del hotel

Le personnel de l’hôtel étais correcte une mention spécial pour la jeune dame qui étais à l’accueil d’une gentillesse incroyable. Le ménage étais fais tous les matins cependant les équipement étais très ancien. L’hôtel reste assez reculé du centre donc prévoyez une voiture de location ou sinon un bon budget taxis ( il coûte très chère ). Les options de restaurant reste limité que ce sois dans la ville ou au alentours de l’hôtel

Excellent price for location! The hotel needs a little tlc but has everything you need, and is especially clean and safe! Best of all is the beach front location and access to the Beach Club is included. Another perk (which was unexpected) is the room had a mini fridge! The staff were friendly and attentive. There is limited seating by the pools. Wifi was excellent and even reached out to some beach chairs! Overall, super happy!

Great location right on the beach. You can walk to the main streets easily. Our room had a mini fridge which was very helpful! Everyone was so friendly, and the room was very nice. :)

Habitación limpia, instalaciones rústicas pero muy bonito, ad hoc al estilo de Puerto Morelos. La atención del personal muy buena, todos muy atentos y amables. Lo único que no me agradó mucho es que los baños no tuvieran extractor, ya que se encerraba el olor a baño. De ahí en fuera, excelente experiencia.

This is a very clean and quiet hotel with excellent staff. The rooms are super clean and the linens were very cleaned. Perhaps we would like the luxury of a coffee machine in the rooms, but you are steps away from local restaurants. Why bother to brew your own when they make excellent coffee nearby

We stayed at this property from a recommendation of a friend. First of all, the location is perfect. The property is on the beach with great snorkeling access. The restaurant is located next to the pool and was great for lunch and drinks on the beach. The hotel is within walking distances to restaurants, shopping and the city square. The area is very safe. The staff at the hotel were all very friendly and went above and beyond to make our stay perfect. We had planned an excursion on Isla Mujeres and the staff assisted us with getting transportation and translating when needed. We stayed in the family suite. It was spacious enough for our family of 4. The room was clean but a little worn. We had a futon couch which we planned to have one of the kids use but it was very worn with a hole in the middle and not comfortable enough to sleep on. There were also some blemishes similar throughout the room like a hole in the wall and outlet covers that were falling off. We were rarely in our room so not a big deal for us. I have 2 recommendations for improvements that would make this stay perfect in my opinion. First is coffee. A keurig in the room or coffee in the lobby would be great. We are early morning people and like to enjoy a cup outside before our kids get up. There is a coffee stand just a block down the road but it doesn’t open until 7. Lastly a few chairs around the pool for when we wanted to escape the beach. We loved our stay and plan to return.

Die Lage direkt am Strand und im Ort war super. Tolles Schnorcheln (auch direkt vom Strand, wenn man etwas weiter herausschwimmt). Der Weg zu den zahlreichen Restaurants fußläufig. Die Zimmer einfach und sehr in die Jahre gekommen. Frühstück gab es im Beachclub nebenan, der sehr schön gestaltet war. Essen super :-)

Nice people, beautiful beach front. A little loud and needs some upkeep. (bathroom sink pipe disconnected)
