The pools were clean and seating was excellent if you’re looking for a guest only beach this resort is not for you as locals do enjoy it also, We love that the hotel allows for it. Overall you won’t be disappointed plenty of things to do here including a after dark night club that has it on fireeee in there 10/10 recommend '

'The food is not the great, they only have two restaurants and we couldn’t even get a reservation for either of them and we ended up having to find a restaurant out of the hotel to eat. The lunch is the same everyday not a great variety, the drinks are so sweet and slushy.

'for a 4 star hotel I expect a lot more. staff was not able to provide an invoice with the company name, required for reimbursement (business travel). you have to pay credit first to have something written to your room. a blockage on the credit card was not possible in order to have everything the the room invoice. Receipts where not provided for whatever you ate or drank. not worth the money we paid but is was close to the congress. '

'Great place away from the hustle and bustle. Food was sub par. Not very helpful when it came to food allergies. They would ask you but then do nothing about it. Waterpark was good, however they need more chairs to accommodate. Staff seemed bothered that we were asking questions or wanting to be served. We upgraded to level and to be honest I didn’t feel any extra perks were provided. They had their favorites that were either locals or people who visited a lot. I would not bring my family back...
