Mooie Adobe Gebouwd Beach House met een prachtig uitzicht op de oceaan

Casa Adobe is een prachtig uitzicht op de oceaan adobe gebouwd huis met vrij uitzicht op de oceaan, veel open ruimte, buiten leven en uitstekende faciliteiten.

Deze grote ommuurde huis met drie slaapkamers is voorzien van de master slaapkamer op de tweede verdieping met een adobe schoorsteen, walk-in closet, een grote badkamer met een bubbelbad en een groot buitenterras. De beneden verdieping heeft twee slaapkamers en een tv-kamer die kan dienen als een vierde slaapkamer, allemaal met elkaar verbonden door een gang en een complete badkamer en een damestoilet. Een grote open ruimte omvat de woonkamer met een open haard, een volledig uitgeruste keuken en een eetkamer die leidt tot een groot overdekt terras om te ontspannen en comfortabel buiten leven.

Casa Adobe is gelegen in een rustige cul-de-sac in Las Tunas, een strand buurt van Todos Santos, en het enige gebied in de stad met ondergrondse kabels en leidingen. Er zijn prachtige uitzicht op de oceaan uit verschillende gebieden van het huis en het is slechts vijf minuten lopen naar het strand. Je bent zeven minuten van de stad op een nieuwe verharde weg en een gelijke afstand naar La Pastora, een grote surfen pauze en een favoriet voor veel lokale bevolking.

Zijn gelegen aan de Stille Oceaan, Todos Santos heeft uitstekende zonsondergangen het hele jaar door en Casa Adobe heeft verschillende gebieden om te genieten van. Bocana Las Tunas, het strand aan de voorkant, is ook een grote en populaire plek om de zonsondergang te genieten. Wilt u meer avontuurlijk te zijn, zal een korte rit naar La Pastora een mooie middag instelling voor deze bieden.

Er zijn vele activiteiten in het gebied, met Todos Santos en omgeving snel een bestemming. Geweldige restaurants, een levendige en groeiende kunstscène, uitstekende surfen en outdoor activiteiten allemaal in een zeer ontspannen en een relaxte instelling maken dit een zeer bijzondere plaats. In 2006 kreeg de stad de benaming van Pueblo Magico door de Mexicaanse regering vanwege haar culturele erfgoed. Er is een muziekfestival georganiseerd door R. E.M.-speler Peter Buck in januari, dat is steeds erg populair. Februari viert de Todos Santos Film Festival (12e editie) en een regionaal Art Festival. Turtle releases worden gehouden van de maanden november tot februari op het strand in de voorkant van het huis, waar een incubatietijd kas is gevestigd.

An absolute dream

We stayed here for 10 days and loved every minute of it. The house size and layout was perfect for our friends and family. The pool was beautiful and private. The landscape is amazing. Not far from markets, restaurants and corner stores. The host was always available if we needed anything. Highly recommend!! We will definitely be back.

Wonderful property, location and host

This home is beautiful and exactly as pictured. The pool is lovely, the kitchen well-stocked, and the house so comfortable. It's also located in a safe neighbourhood with easy access to the beach. Erik is an extremely helpful host. Our son was sick, and Erik provided information on the right cold medicine to get (including pictures!) and the location of the hospital and pharmacies.

A great beach property

A very nice extended family vacation. Easy walk to the beach and to turtle hatching foundation. The pool was excellent and the rooms and beds good. Water was very clean with filtering system. Some lighting a little hard to figure out but a very good property.

We enjoyed our stay here with another family. Erik was very accommodating of our two small children and had portable cribs and high chairs available. Check in was very easy and Erik was responsive to the questions we had during our stay.The house is spacious, and the outdoor space, in particular, is gorgeous. We really enjoyed the pool!A few things worth noting:1. The home's interior living room felt cluttered to us. 2. The house doesn't have a hot tub, as mentioned in the listing.3. The location was about 3km away (further north of Todos Santos) from where we thought it would be based on the map on VRBO. Erik sent us the home's location with the check-in instructions. The neighborhood is great, and it's a short walk to the beach, but we were further from town than we expected.

Multi generation family holiday

We had a lovely stay at Eric’s property with my infant and grandparents. Family members of all ages and stages had a great time lounging by the pool and strolling to the nearby beach to watch the whales swim by right off shore. The house is cozy and well equipped for longer stays. Highly recommend this house for a large group trip in the Todos Santos area!

Erik had everything outlined for us before the arrival process. He even included his favorite recommendations in town and what not to miss.The home was large and full of amenities. Very comfortable beds as well! The garden was quiet and serene while catching sun by the pool. The neighborhood has so many culinary options we ate our way through town.Highly recommend this place!

Casa Adobe was a wonderful place to stay. The home is interestingly decorated with beautiful artwork. In addition, place is well laid out with a nice pool. It is comfortable and well-equipped. It is convenient to the beach, about a 10 minute walk away, and close to restaurants and shopping. The host Eric was very helpful and responsive.

The outside space is wonderful with views of the crashing waves from the veranda. The pool is small but lovely. It is about 10 minute walk to the beach, however, you cannot swim on this beach. The Turtle release at sunset was a highlight. The town of Todos Santos is lovely with great restaurants and shops.However the house was not up to our expected standard of cleanliness and comfort. The kitchen did not have lower shelves in the cabinets so much of the cooking utensils were on the concrete floor. The concrete worktop always felt dirty. The furniture was very old and not inviting. The living area was very cluttered making the house very messy and not relaxing. There were used drinking glasses on the mantel which I found distressing. If it wasn’t for the outside space I wouldn’t have enjoyed my stay at all.

Room to spread out

Our group of 3 senior citizens stayed the first week of December, and had a great time. The house is spacious with multiple seating areas inside and out. It is is very nicely furnished and beds cljmfordtable. kitchen is well stocked and user friendly. The host, Erik, was most helpful, prompt ins responding to text messages, and an excellent source of information. The Neighborhood is comprised of many spacious fine dwellings and the property felt very secure. The beach is expansive, clean, and we encountered few people The only negative I can think of is that the huge upstairs master bedroom is up a rather steep staircase not suitable for unstable or arthritic persons. The head covered pool very clean and inviting. The property has extraordinary variety of plants and trees and feels very private. IN all, a great place to tay for a group or family.

Exceeded our expectations

We loved staying at the Adobe house! It was perfect for our group of 5, very spacious with lots of seating and room for everyone to lounge, indoors and out. You can tell that this is a property that is well-loved and taken care of. The pool was gorgeous and the covered porch was great for watching sunsets in the comfy outdoor chairs. The kitchen was super well stocked, we cooked breakfast every morning. I also loved how lush the landscaping is- beautiful palms, trees, and flowers. It made the property feel very private, like a secret garden! Location was great- not too far outside of town and close to a supermarket. We will certainly be back! Thank you, Erik!

Beautiful Relaxing Home

We stayed at Casa Adobe with another couple. It was just as advertised so it was just like paradise! All the beautiful covered outdoor areas, including the garden, kept us cool along with the fantastic pool! Loved sleeping with the windows open and hearing the birds in the morning. We felt it was very close to everything. We ate dinner out every evening and one of our favorites, if not the favorite, was La Morena, which the food was amazing and they had live music. I would highly recommend staying here!

Great Place!

Overall, excellent experience! The space is exactly as pictured, it's a beautiful house and the outdoor areas are wonderful as well. The pool is solar-heated and amazing. The house is well equipped with amenities as well, so there are a ton of towels, blankets, cooking supplies, etc. They have a great guide for things to do and where to go and eat. For people with small children--there is a downstairs room that gets pretty dark and is perfect for naps. The stairs made us a little nervous with a 1.5 year old running around, but with vigilance, they weren't an issue. The location is a little past town, but super easy to get around if you have a car. The area is quiet and still has stores and restaurants nearby. 10/10 would recommend and come again! Thanks for having us!

A Todos Santos Gem!

I've visited TS before but it was the first time for my friends and we all really enjoyed the property. The pool was nice and warm, location was pretty close to downtown (still need a car) but our favorite was how close it was to the beach and surrounding surf spots. Erik was extremely responsive and helpful with questions. Would totally stay here again.

Beautiful house for a family vacation

We really enjoyed the set up of the house, it was comfortable for our group of 7. Pool was fantastic and had a nice tree that provided shade in the afternoon which was very helpful to keep my kids from getting sunburned. The house had filtered water throughout and we were able to drink it no problem. Erik was provided suggestions for local restaurants to visit and we had several fantastic meals. We are very happy we stayed here!

The best spring break escape for our family

Thank you for providing our family with an exceptional place to vacate from rainy Seattle. Our crew has a wide range of ages and the home provided comfort and entertainment for each of us. We mostly hung out on the exceptional patio by the pool. Listening to the surf in the main bedroom at night and the mourning doves in the morning were my personal favorites. We took a quick walk to the beach our last night and saw humpback whales breaching. We couldn’t have asked for a more restful and beautiful location and vacation. Thank you so much!!

Wonderful stay

The hosts were great and very responsive. The house and grounds were fabulous. The neighborhood was sometimes disruptive during the midnight to 6 am period: barking dogs, alarms going off, phones ringing. All beyond the hosts control. The property was hard to find even with directions due to poor signage. Todos Santos was a lot of fun. Nice shops and very good restaurants. We especially enjoyed la morena. The pool was a big hit with the kids. Great kitchen.

Beautiful home & property

We absolutely loved this house & property. The property feels big & really private - the heated pool is the perfect size & temp, the view from the upper deck is an amazing place to watch the sunset, & there are plenty of shaded areas to hang out when you need a break from the sun! The house is also spacious & beautiful, plus it’s well stocked!! You’re also a quick walk from the beach & a couple really lovely coffee shops & restaurants. Finally, the hosts were amazing - really easy to get ahold of via WhatsApp if you need anything. We can’t wait to come back!!

Fantastic House with pool

We did our second annual family trip from Seattle to get some sunshine, surf and relax. The house and location are nearly perfect. We were very comfortable in the house, and especially loved hanging out on the back patio in the evenings. Also, the sunset view from the 2nd floor patio was gorgeous. We didn’t cook much but to the extent that we did, the kitchen was large and accommodating.
