Séjour bizarre, sauf aucune bouteille d'eau durant notre séjour, alors que les autorités sanitaires interdisent l'eau du robinet. Pas de kit de toilette dans les chambres, pas de cintres pour pendre les vêtements , petit déjeuner monotone en variété, 2 jours de coupure internet. Enfin, éviter cet établissement j'ai l'habitude des hôtels chaque année durant deux mois. A éviter...

The property is away from the downtown Tulum fray. It is frequented by local workers using the highway. The local taxi collectives go by very often and it's easy and cheap to get around without a car.

Cute place, clean, has the local charm. Best part is the friendliness of the staff and accommodating helpfulness. The shower was the best after a long day, great water pressure and hot water! Also, no shampoo or toiletries like other hotels usually have, but when I asked they provided us with some.

We stayed only 2 nights at this hotel, & our stay was wonderful, it is located on the main road Tulum center is only 15 minutes down the road, Tulum ruins site and public beaches are also about 15 minutes right before entering the city center of Tulum, it is also surrounded by several cenotes and at least 3 beaches within 10 minutes of a drive. The breakfast included a selection of 5 dishes with the chilaquiles being our favorite as it was a generous portion. The staff was incredibly kind and helpful. The hotel has a pool with a couple of picnic style tables perfect for an after beach cool off. The room we stayed in was the master bedroom and we loved how big it was. The pictures do no justice to the room, it truly was beautiful. We will definitely be staying here again in our next Tulum trip.

Check in is at 4pm. I arrived at 6pm and had to wait 30 minutes for the room cleaning. No towels in the room. The booking included breakfast. However, I departed at 7:30am and the restaurant and office were closed. No breakfast. I would not stay here again.

Todo nos fue increíble, es un hotel que está muy muy cerca de xel-ha y Tulum. Tiene una alberca bastante agradable y muy tranquilo el lugar. La atención y servicio es impecable

Like: Staff very friendly, room kept clean, cozy feeling Disappointing: Poor wifi in room, TV no wifi capability, no table and chair in room, dim lighting, unable to use ceiling fan and light independently. Overall: You get what you pay for. I still appreciate the service. Daniel was great, very nice. The place and the rooms can use some upkeep. This hotel is in the middle of a highway. Having your own transportation is very helpful. Otherwise, you would need to learn the local transportation or depend on taxi or some other transportation method. There are tons of activities around but you just need to be able to get there. Many people compliant about noise. It's true, a bit noisy but didn't bother us.

Great little hotel. Nice location. Has a connected restaurant where they cooked breakfast each day. It's a basic hotel, nothing fancy. Great staff. Very friendly and helpful. Only downside is that it's right off the main road (also a plus as it's easy to get around). You can hear the road noise. It didn't bother us, was like white noise. But if you want it super quiet, this isn't the place. Otherwise it's great for a clean, safe place to sleep after a day of adventures.

Convenient location, close to Xel Ha for a fun visit. Nicely decorated rooms with local color, opening to a grassy area with a small swimming pool and ample seating. Delicious breakfasts cooked to order in the hotel restaurant. Excellent value. Traffic hum from highway audible but didn't keep us awake.

El personal muy atento, la propiedad agradable y las habitaciones en buen estado y de agradables dimensiones; los alimentos sabrosos y el almuerzo incluido bueno -a secas- solo el restaurant tiene goteras y el ruido es constante por la cercanía a la carretera -considérenlo por si es de importancia- Muy buena relación costo beneficio. Gracias por la atención de Daniel y su excelente recomendación del Cenote Taak Bi Ha.

The property is in good shape. The pictures make it look like an open motel. It is not. The entire property is behind locked gates so we felt very secure. The only issue was there was not enough water pressure at 10 pm to fill the in room tub. Taking a shower the pressure was good. Just don’t plan on using the jacuzzi tub. The bed was comfortable. The towels were mismatched and could use an upgrade. There were no face towels or cups in the room. Overall for the price pleasantly surprised!

Fuimos al triatlón de xelha así que la ubicación estaba increíble además de que tienda muuuy cerca varios cenotes preciosos y la Zona arqueológica de Tulum muy cerca también Al Hotel le falta un poco de mantenimiento y se agradecería un poco Más amplia la carta del Restaurante pero si está rica la Comida y bien servida La atención es excelente, José fue quien nos atendió la mayor parte del tiempo y fue súper amable, muy atento y educado, nos ayudaron en cositas que nos faltaron en nuestro viaje y siempre fueron muy amables todos. Increíble servicio por Parte de José

Le positif : Accueil très sympathique, patio mignon, très proche de Xel-Ha, le collectivo passe devant toutes les 10 minutes. Petit dej à la carte correct. Le négatif : 2 hôtels isolés au bord d'une nationale, chambre petite et sombre. On y va pour passer la nuit.

A nice place to stay
This is a nice small motel 11 km from Tulum and a few cenotes next door. We spent 3 nights there and we were pleased to wake up every morning to the chirpings of grackles and see clean room after walking around all day sweating like pigs. It has a restaurant which serves breakfast next to lobby. Everyone was nice with innocent smiles and friendly gestures to break our language barriers.

Hacienda Dos Ojos is located right on the highway, quite properly located for a Tulum visit or the xcaret group parks. While a bit on the high end, it's a nice rustic type that I quite appreciate. Bonus--- THE STAFF IS AWESOME
