Out of all the resorts ive stayed at, this was my least favorite. Check in process wasnt great. They said our room would be ready in 1 hr, (it was 1pm, check in is 3pm). I went at 2:45 and it wasnt ready. They ended up changing my room and giving me a room further inside the resort. Lost out on a full ocean view and increased my walk to the restaurants and music pool. Room service is only free for premium members. Buffet only serves breakfast and lunch, have to go to another resort for dinner buffet. All other restaurants were dinner options and by reservations only. Food was not good. Not much variety and bland foods. Only enjoyed the fruits and coffee. Drinks were watered down. Even though there were so many worker's, service was slow, like very slow. Sometimes they would forget to bring our orders. I would leave a tip hoping for better service, but no change. The music pool only played music till 6pm, pool bars closed at 7 and pool closed at 8. I didnt give the ambiance of an all inclusive. I feel like this place is more for retired people, who people who want simple food and just chill and tan by the pool. It was a little too boring. The free snorkeling you couldnt see anything, and the ladder into the water was horrible, my wife got hurt. You have to pay to use the jetski and banana boat. I wish they had bikes or golf carts on the beach roads to get around the resorts. The shuttle bus comes every like 20 mins or so, but its all the way at the lobby. I will not be return
