'The staff were very helpful, friendly and professional. For a hotel near a major train station it was very quiet in our room. Check in and Check out is a breeze. So close to the kyoto station! Very close to kintetsu and aeon malls which gives you a ton of coffee shops, shopping, dining options, convenience store. There are restaurants at the ground floor of this hotel. The only thing is there is no available coin laundry inside the hotel but there is one nearby. We will definitely stay here...

'Stop maar maar met zoeken, dit is het beste hotel (zeker voor een gezin). De accommodatie heeft alles wat je nodig hebt en het personeel is echt geweldig. Hadden we MONday maar eerder ontdekt, dit was veruit ons leukste hotel in Japan. '

'Heerlijk verblijf gehad in het hotel. Mooie kamer, goed ontbijt. Vriendelijk personeel én natuurlijk de heerlijke spa. Echt een pluspunt. Even ontspannen na een intensieve dag was heerlijk. Gescheiden spa, waar je je eerst helemaal schoonboent van top tot teen voordat je gaat ontspannen in het heerlijk warme water. Wij hebben genoten van dit hotel! 'Urban Hotel Kyoto heb ik gekozen omdat dit centraal ligt voor Kyoto Nara en Uij, het is een schone omgeving, rustgevend en erg stil, maar je krijgt heel veel voor terug; de 2e Mooiste Tempel van Kyoto "Inari" op loop afstand. Kyoto zelf is te druk, wel mooi hoor. Verder is Hotel toch echt wel schoon, personeel vriendelijk en erg behulpzaam, inpandig restaurant goed.Transport perfect en we hadden geluk met een unieke aanbieding 3/2. (goed gedaan Hotel.com) We komen terug Urban !'

'Wonderful hotel, giving a relaxing feel inside the city. Very nice traditional Japanese breakfast box. Although a bit away from the main sights, it is conveniently located on some bus lines, so in the end easy to reach all the places we wanted to visit. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful.
