'We stayed during blossom season and this hotel was in an excellent location (near Kyoto station and bus stops). They had a great selection of toiletries and skin care and an easy check-in process assisted by attentive staff. The room was very modern and large for the price and there was a rack to hang clothes too. Would stay again! '

'Highly highly recommend! As soon as you step foot into the hotel, the service was amazing! The staff did not speak great English, but we were able to use simple words to communicate. The property itself is immaculate! No shoes are allowed as soon as you entered the hotel. I wore my white socks around the hotel all day and the bottom was still clean at the end of the day. 'Kamer is keurig. Ontbijt is een drama, veel te kleine ruimte, aan de gasten wordt gevraagd om het eten mee te nemen en in de hotelkamer op te eten. Als je liever in de ontbijtzaal eet dan moet je het doen met wegwerp serviesgoed en dito bestek. Beperkt westers ontbijt, messen kennen ze niet. Geen fatsoenlijke lounge. In- en uitcheck is self-service, zeer onpersoonlijk. Gelukkig maakte de kamer veel goed, ondanks ontbreken van bergruimte.'
