'Hotel was conveniently located in downtown San Pancho but on a side street far from the noise and traffic. Small, very well appointed facilities, with an awesome coffee shop. Rooms very well designed and very comfortable with awesome AC. During our stay, there were a couple of power shot downs in town but hotel has their own generator, which was great to keep AC and lights, specially being almost 100 degrees during our stay. Personnel very attentive and kind and we felt at home. Would go back...

'We have stayed here several times before and like that it is walkable to downtown and the beach, quieter than staying downtown and easy access to the bus station to get the bus to San Pancho, Puerto Vallarta and Guadalajara. 'Nos encantó quedarnos en este hotel, volveríamos sin pensarlo. Queda súper cerca de todo, está muy céntrico y puedes caminar a todos lados. Al llegar nos atendió Chío y nos dio un increíble servicio, fue muy amable, nos explicó todo, nos dio recomendaciones de donde ir a comer, desayunar, pasear, hizo nuestra llegada muy agradable.
