'Check-in was terrible. They forgot to send the instructions via WhatsApp, and my friends weren’t sure if it was a scam or not. They ended up walking around for an hour without internet. Eventually, they were able to contact the host with help from someone who had a nearby store, and she called the host for them. It was really frustrating for my friends.'
