'Stunning? Stunning what a poor quality place this is. No communication from host. Had to chase to get entry details. Filthy. Hairs on bathroom towel - possibly pubic. Bed not made up. Stains on walls. Bad odour in fridge. Dirty bath mats. Rubbish dumped on street outside, old mattresses, hoover, overflowing bins. Shocking that Expedia advertise this place. Would be overpriced at half the rate we paid. Avoid, avoid, avoid. '

'We had this house booked for two stays during the same trip. (In the middle we attended a wedding in the English countryside.) We did not actually stay for this time frame. The house was filthy. From the moment we entered, I texted with the property manager about how dirty it was. The neighborhood is very noisy. There were people screaming all night in the house directly next door. We hardly slept. Avoid at all costs. '

'Great location just off Green Lanes with a bus stop moments away and lots of shops, including supermarkets, cafes and restaurants, within easy reach. The house is large and easily accommodated our party of nine adults. Unfortunately, the standard of cleanliness and basic maintenance was disappointing: cobwebs, grubby paintwork, inside of bathroom cabinets untouched for some time, dirty floor rugs, broken or missing items (bulbs in bedside lights, rail in wardrobe), dead plants.
