'We had the best stay at this house! It was so welcoming and cozy. When we got there, music was on for us, a basket of snacks on the counter and a bottle of wine. We've never had that anywhere else we've stayed. Shelly and her husband were just the best!! It was my husbands birthday and she made him his favorite cake. Shelly was always available to answer questions. We loved having the deer visit every day and feeding them graham crackers. A first! We were sad to leave. Wonderful house. 💗'

'This is the 2nd time we’ve stayed in this home. It’s perfect for 6 adults. The home is older and comes with some quirks which is also apart of its charm. Neil is a perfect host! His communication is great. We are hoping to stay again next year.'

There is plenty of room in the home for a family, and the kitchen is well stocked for your cooking needs. We enjoyed the beautiful backyard, as well as a walk around the neighborhood. '8 people stayed very comfortably. The outdoor space provided the nicest oasis to just come back and regroup for the day. It was very hot (112) so having the pool and shaded areas made outside possible. We loved this and will definitely return.'

'This was a beautifully decorated and comfortable home. Loved the many bird feeders and ability to watch the birds. We did not have the pleasure of really enjoying the amenities such as the hot tub or fire pit but if given the chance will stay again!'

'My mom and I stayed here for a few days while she was visiting me. The house had everything we needed and was very cozy. Definitely appreciated having a bathroom on both floors. 10/10 would definitely stay here again if it is just the two of us. Did use the yoga/exercise room at all, maybe in the future it will become a second bedroom!! Host was very helpful and made the stay even better.'

'This was the perfect location to reconnect with friends from out of country. We had 4 kids with us and they spent the whole day and night playing inside and outside. Easy location to get to off I-5. The property is beautiful and spacious and has everything you need for a stay. The kids loved the pool and game room. The grown ups loved that there was plenty for the kids to do so we could just relax. Grocery store super close by. Although we didn’t go hiking or anything (it was too hot!) we did...

The neighborhood is nice and quiet (except for the dog next door they barked at various times) and is close to restaurants and stores.'

'We really enjoyed our stay. The house was very clean and comfortable. A good nights sleep is so important on vacation and all the beds were very comfy. We enjoyed a week of quilting, shopping at a great quilt shop in Susanville, visiting breathtaking Mt Lassen Park and Burney Falls. We hope to return next year to explore more of the area.'
