'All Kempinsky Hotel workers are so kind'

'The check in seemed nice, we got a wet towel and a drink which was really tasty, the check in itsself lasted way too long, im not exaggerating when im saying it took at least half an hour. The room and the pools were really nice. We did a round trip and of all the places we've been to the staff in this hotel was the least friendly. There are red cabs outside the hotel. They charge like 3 times the normal price. Ordinary cabs aren't allowed to pick up people from/nearby hotel. If you try to catch...

'Todo increíble!! muy cerca del aeropuerto, tiene donde estacionarse, habitación cómoda y muy amplia, maravilloso lugar para venir con niños!! Personal super amable, restaurantes del hotel ricos y muy cerca de otros acá de Cancún. Área en el hotel para tomar clases de surf con Oscar que es un gran gran maestro, salvavidas Vidal súper amable y responsable. En general increíble hotel para viajar en grupo grande y con niños!!! '

'The rooms were beautiful had amazing ocean views cute hot tubs on the patio so you have your own private hot tub. Room service was so sweet very accommodating. All staff was very friendly very welcoming. Food was phenomenal and if you sit by the pool, make sure you sit with Patricia she is absolutely amazing. She helped to make our stay one of a kind. '

'Excelente atención dan ganas de regresar, la playa estaba en buenas condiciones, habitación limpia. No me gusto que no hicieron la limpieza temprano tuve que reportarla para que hicieran la limpieza, no recogieron el servicio del desayuno y la comida que sobro estaba echandose a perder, algunos meseros se molestan si no dejas propina.'

'The place was clean and nice. They had 2 pools and both were maintained properly with great views. Staff was friendly and greeting. Everything felt like home. I would definitely recommend this property to others for vacations.'

'Amazing resort. Everything from the rooms to personnel was exceptional. Due to low season the restaurants in the resort offer a la carte menu. Yes, big part of resort is under construction, but it didn't make out vacation less enjoyable.'
