'It’s a good family resort. I went with friends and kids and we were able to enjoy the bars, the restaurants. The rooms were hot, even after they put the temperature down. (You do not have access to manage your room AC, you need to call the front desk for them to adjust it). The staff were incredible, super attentive!!! We enjoyed the buffet the most and the main pool with the swim up bar. '

'for a 4 star hotel I expect a lot more. staff was not able to provide an invoice with the company name, required for reimbursement (business travel). you have to pay credit first to have something written to your room. a blockage on the credit card was not possible in order to have everything the the room invoice. Receipts where not provided for whatever you ate or drank. not worth the money we paid but is was close to the congress. '

'The check in seemed nice, we got a wet towel and a drink which was really tasty, the check in itsself lasted way too long, im not exaggerating when im saying it took at least half an hour. The room and the pools were really nice. We did a round trip and of all the places we've been to the staff in this hotel was the least friendly. There are red cabs outside the hotel. They charge like 3 times the normal price. Ordinary cabs aren't allowed to pick up people from/nearby hotel. If you try to catch...
