'The check in seemed nice, we got a wet towel and a drink which was really tasty, the check in itsself lasted way too long, im not exaggerating when im saying it took at least half an hour. The room and the pools were really nice. We did a round trip and of all the places we've been to the staff in this hotel was the least friendly. There are red cabs outside the hotel. They charge like 3 times the normal price. Ordinary cabs aren't allowed to pick up people from/nearby hotel. If you try to catch...

'Everything was good, but food could or should have been better considering the pricing. Whilst raining water leaked into the room which was fixed after flagging it multiple times during our stay. This is an exceptional circumstance so would give them the benefit of the doubt on this one. Pool was amazing. Laundry service as well.'

'Communication was not good, we did not know how to access the water park and when we tried to access it we learned it had to be booked the day before. We were not able to use the water park due to that. We struggled with the restaurant options, not enough kid options. Jade restaurant was the best of our experience. They went out of their way to give good service and was very accommodating. Overall, the place was beautiful and clean. '
