'9.9997 rating hahaha. They were amazing. But they didnt turn their jacuzzi up. Nor did they have a refrigerator or microwave, nor did they have a seaker system in the room. With al that (like killer hotels in los angeles) they woukd have scored a perfect 10. But truly, they deserve the 9.99997. Awesome, sweet service, gorgeous hotel, beautiful pool area. They are among the very best. Thank you Casa Kloster! We love you!'
