'Wij verbleven een week in dit hotel met een gezin met twee kinderen. We zaten in blok 4, redelijk recent gerestaureerd. Wel wat verschil tussen de kamers, wij kregen geen slippers, de kinderen wel. Wij kregen meer water, de kinderen minder. We hebben regelmatig gevraagd voor extra handdoeken want de kamer was vochtig dus niets werd droog. 'The property is very unique and has a special vibe to it. The staff is extremely helpful, accommodating and all seem to have a cheerful spirit that makes staying there a treat. The two nights I spent there were two of the most relaxing and rejuvenating sleeps I’ve had. The beds are very comfortable and you can faintly heat the sounds of the ocean while you sleep making it almost therapeutic. '

Our room wasn’t clean (there were nail clippings in the sink!) and when we mentioned it to the desk, it took 2 days for it to be actually cleaned.. in tulum you basically go everywhere by bike, but a 2 person room only gets 1 bike.. so you still end up paying.
