'Was a really great and wonderful resort very peaceful and laid back and a lot of locals was really nice to immerse myself into the local culture and explore the history in the area like El Meco wonderful friendly staff and services when I come back to Cancun I would stay here again '
'The staff was very friendly, our butler was amazing, anything we asked for he got done and in a timely manner. I also enjoyed the food. I didnt like that they kept coming in the room so often to clean and change the bed, even after you can see someone already cleaned. 'Het is een fantastisch resort met persoonlijke service. Entertainment was geweldig bij het zwembad en in de avond. Gym was top. Staat van de kamer kan beter. 'We had a lovely time at this resort! Before arrival, I had sent an email the FS butler team regarding wishlist and had done research on FB groups on this. Upon arrival, they did not disappoint. We were welcome into our room with lovely gifts for our kids, fruits and desserts on the table. Also, the provided many amenities for our kids that's tailored for kids.
