'We werden via een ander hotel in dit hotel geplaatst waar we vervolgens extra moesten betalen voor de kamer. Dit wouden we niet en werden daarom weer over geplaatst naar een andere kamer. Het personeel kon niet goed Engels en waren totaal niet vriendelijk. De kamers waren prima maar wel redelijk oud en een beetje vies.'

'J'ai séjourné 2 nuits dans cet hôtel début avril avec un ami. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour. Le personnel était extrêmement amical et toujours prêt à aider. L'hôtel est bien situé dans le Vieux Quartier, à environ 10 minutes du lac. Le personnel de la réception a organisé une excursion pour nous au Pagode de l'Encens. L'hôtel est assez moderne et très bien entretenu. Je reviendrai ici lors de mon retour à Hanoi !!'

'Het is een mooi en ruim hotel. We hadden een grote kamer met een zeer ruim terras en een prachtig zicht op de rivier. Alles was netjes en het personeel was vriendelijk en hulpzaam. Lekker uitgebreid ontbijt. Leuke zwembad op het dak. Kleine minpunt op dat moment: ze waren grote renovatiewerken aan het doen in de lobby, maar we hadden er niet veel last van. Gelegen in een levendige buurt. '
