'De ontvangst ging stroef, de jongeman was nors en totaal niet vriendelijk. Maar eenmaal in de studio ging alles prima. De kamer was schoon en ruim. Ik zou wel voorstellen dat er een klein pakketje klaarligt voor gasten die een paar nachten zoals wij daar verblijven.
De Walmart er achter is dichtbij en prima maar om gelijk hele fles afwasmiddel en vaatdoeken te kopen is belachelijk.
Verder is het prima verblijven.'

'- Rooftop has no umbrellas or anything, just a couple of sunbeds in the hot sun.
- There is no possibility to freshen up for a late flight, luckily we could check out late.
- Rooms, especially the bathroom, looks outdated and is in need of an upgrade.
- Check-in took extremely long for no particular reason, they couldn’t find the reservation but the booking was already paid.
- breakfast is very limited, and no set tables.

'This is the 5th different all inclusive resort I’ve been to in Mexico and I will never try another. The Valentin Imperial will be my new “home away from home.” Everything was perfect. The ONLY recommendation I would have is to add a few fans for light air flow in non-air conditioned restaurants.'

'Nous avons choisi cet hôtel pour une seule nuit après notre vol avant de démarrer notre trip.
Nous avons eu un appartement ! Canapé, table, cuisine, petite salle de bain et chambre avec 2 lits (qui ne sont pas grands)
L’hôtel a une belle piscine. Nous avons mangé là le soir avec vue sur la marina, c’était bon et personnel très gentil !'

'My wife and I had an amazing stay at Beloved Playa Mujeres! From the moment we arrived until the day we left, the service was absolutely outstanding. Every staff member we encountered was friendly, attentive, and genuinely made us feel welcome.
