'Lovely, except for the insufferable noise from the beach club next door during the day. The rooms were spacious and clean. The air conditioning was great. There were these really cool, large swings on our balcony. Ample drinking water was provided in the room. The staff was very sweet and kind. It is unclear to me how anybody could relax and enjoy the room or swing or the sound of the waves with stadium-level bass booming from 11 AM till 7 PM. People did not appear to be partying or...

'Werkelijk prachtige kamer mrt balkon en uitzicht op zee. Het was adembenemend! Alles was nieuw en schoon en stijlvol ingericht Ontvangst was hartelijk met een heerlijke cocktail. De bar op het strand ging dicht om 18.00 maar er zijn genoeg gelegenheden in de buurt om te dineren. Ook het ontbijt op het strand was prima en je zit er heerlijk met uitzicht op zee'

'My stay was wonderful! The staff were WONDERFUL and extremely professional. Perfect location inside the Tulum National Park. I traveled there solo for some RnR and felt very safe in the park. I went on regular walks by myself throughout the day. The hotel itself is VERY quiet and beautiful scenery. I ate all my meals at the hotel. Food is AMAZING! I’m a food snob so that means a lot coming from me. Beaches were in walking distance. Snorkeling was just a 15 min walk away. The room itself...

'This wonderful spot and we had a fantastic time. The cabins are clean, beds and sheets are soft and the beach is spectacular. The food and service is excellent. It’s different than your typical vacation spot. By the time we left the staff and other guests felt like friends and family. And there are cats!! '

'This place was paradise. Stayed for 4 nights in a beachside suite with my daughter. So peaceful and safe. Often left the door unlocked. Hammock on the balcony and easy barefoot walk to the beach cabanas. The staff were kind and helpful. Fabian took care of security and maintenance and checked us in when we arrived after hours. Alex was in the cafe and was cheerful and helpful each day. Griselda cleaned our room for us and was a delight to talk to. I can’t wait to return! '
