Grand Sunset Princess - All InclusivePlaya del Carmen
8.4 van 10, Zeer goed, (990 beoordelingen)
'We stayed for 5 nights. Overall, the hotel was good and offered the usual amenities found at other resorts in the area. However, a few things need improvement to make it a higher-quality experience:
1. Food quality: The food at both the buffets and restaurants was average. We tried five different specialty restaurants, all beautifully designed, but the food quality was disappointing.
2. Unpleasant smell: There was a bad sewage-like smell throughout the hotel, which seemed to be an ongoing hotel...

'⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
An exceptional and truly luxurious experience.
My stay at Secrets Maroma Beach Riviera Cancun was outstanding in every way. The resort is set on one of the most beautiful beaches I have ever seen — pristine white sand and crystal-clear turquoise water.
The rooms are elegant, spacious, and impeccably maintained, offering both comfort and privacy. The attention to detail throughout the resort is remarkable.
What truly sets this place apart is the service. The staff are incredibly...

'Lots to do ! Very fun and my son loved it and wants to go back! The only issue we had was we reserved a birthday cake at the beginning of our stay and they did not send it out for 2 days they said they would and then it was the end of our trip and we still never got it, the communication between staff for that was lacking. Other than that everything was good, they had character meets on a schedule and it was great! The events and activities were pretty affordable and so much fun to experience!...

'I really love this property ! The surroundings were beautiful- very green and lush, room was impeccably clean, very attentive staff , beautiful pools, very well maintained gym and great food. There were some nice on-site activities as well - recommend the boat tour and cacao ceremony, both of which were done beautifully.
Be mindful of the cost of room service which was quite exorbitant and not worth it given the portion sizes. The hotel transfers are also quite costly so consider taking a taxi...

'Wij vonden het een mooi hotel met mooie kamers en en prachtig strand. Mooie spa en mooi in de natuur. Waarom wij geen 5 sterren geven is dat wij ervaren dat er maar 1 restaurant per dag open was met een hele kleine kaart en wij niet vegan zijn en de vlees/vis opties erg beperkt waren en niet altijd even lekker. Wij hadden het idee dat het door het laagseizoen nogal uitgekleed was..'
