'The biggest issue i had with this hotel was the karaoke I could not hear nothing not my family nor the front and there was some drunk singers I could hear them from my room which was in the third floor the hotel was also extremely outdated but I loved the fact that the beach and ocean were very close to my room which was nice.'

'The hotel is undisputable the most family friendly hotel in the area. They have lots of activities for the kids and they can stay under supervision of the staff in certain areas while the parents enjoy elsewhere. Spa and other payed activities are totally worth it and non-expensive. Staff is always smiling and thanking you for your stay. The room was decorated for my wife's birthday. I saw lot of rooms with decorations for different other special occasions as well. Parking was a bit small, so...

'for a 4 star hotel I expect a lot more. staff was not able to provide an invoice with the company name, required for reimbursement (business travel). you have to pay credit first to have something written to your room. a blockage on the credit card was not possible in order to have everything the the room invoice. Receipts where not provided for whatever you ate or drank. not worth the money we paid but is was close to the congress. '

Parkeren is gemakkelijk en gratis. Wel is het hotel erg druk. Druk bij het restaurant, rijen! Ook bij het inchecken enorme rijen en chaos van alle drukte. Verder prima hotel voor een paar daagjes om je vakantie af te sluiten.'
