"Staff speaks poor English. You will not get any help with the luggage. They saw at check in that we are not young and yet they gave a room on the other side of the building. Someone from housekeeping saw it and walked on. We were used to the service of the Venetian in Las Vegas but the service of the Peppermill is far from good. Never again"
