Fantastic property! My wife and I spent a week in Pacifica and had an amazing time. The bartenders by the pool were excellent! Shoutout to Luis and Rafael who made the best Palomas and always remembered my wife and I’s favorite drinks! Will absolutely come back next year!

Great personnel, comfortable beds and of course: the Caribbean Sea! All in all, we had a great experience! The only constructive feedback I can give is to pay more attention to people with food allergies.

At Blue Moon Restaurant, our waiter, and hostess, stood out for their exceptional service. They were attentive, personable, and genuinely passionate about making every dining experience special. Their enthusiasm and attention to detail were evident, and it was clear that they truly enjoy what they do. The Guest Experience team — Deserves special recognition as well. They went above and beyond to ensure that everything was perfect. Their warmth, attentiveness, and willingness to accommodate made us feel incredibly blessed throughout our stay. Our massage therapists, provided an experience that was both professional and relaxing. Their skill, care, and attention made the massages great! We left with wonderful memories.

Great place for a 4 day vacation plan to take some time to do their presentation supper nice they try not to push it on you but they really do
