'Good things first. The staff are lovely. The breakfast is fresh and delicious. The proximity to a nice family beach is a 2 min walk away. The bad. Over priced. Both airconditioners didn't work. Bad smells from blocked drains and there is a building site right next door. Jack hammers and noisy 3 out of 7 days. Cant stay in room. Also taxi ride to main tourist strip.'

'The resort was super clean with a modern design. Julia, my concierge, was the highlight of the trip. She made sure that every need I had was addressed - she even came to personally knock on my door to wake me up for my early morning flight and she walked me to my car at four in the morning. The buffet changes every day so you won’t get bored and in particular the Japanese restaurant on site was delicious. In addition it had a great espresso bar with many choices of desserts, and pastries....

'Everything was clean and staff were very friendly. Only complaint was that our room needed service almost daily. The AC unit would not turn off causing our room to be freezing (they came and replaced the thermostat), our shower head fell off and broke, our toilet flushing button kept sticking causing water to run continuously and our shower ceiling plaster fell off into the shower in chunks after using shower. Overall the place has so much to offer and staff were attentive and friendly.'
