'Pros-The hotel is a small boutique hotel.It has a fantastic setting.The beach is beautiful and you are able to see the sunrise from the beach.the loungers are sufficient.The beach club and rooftop restaurant have a good selection of food.The staff specially Ann at reception were hardworking and friendly.The system of contacting them through WhatsApp works wonderfully and they get the job done immediately.they organised taxis etc and organised a wonderful New Year’s party.The decorations were...

'Exceptional stay! Super clean rooms and grounds, great cocktails, beautiful well kept grounds, delicious food (better than any other all inclusive resort) incredible nature, all green around, and most importantly top service. Breakfast buffet was OK, when it was hosted in the Italian restaurant the options were underwhelming, when it was moved to its main location (Mexican restaurant?) it got better but was still just OK. I also wish they had more activities for kids (outside of kids club). But...

'Beautiful property with lots of ways to relax in style, but also with plenty of activities. A solid 75% of the staff members were friendly, helpful and eager to serve. The suite had plenty of space with a nice shower, proper toilet room and a spacious terrace with a great view of the resort and beach. '

'The room was clean and had all the facilities needed. Staff was friendly. The rooms are so noisy, you hear noise the entire night, I think there is no isolation at all. They provide earplugs in the room, but even they don’t help a lot, you can still hear the noise from outside through them. '

'The staff at this resort are above and beyond fantastic! Carlos (concierge) and Christopher (beach attendant) at the Reserve were some of our favorites but they were all amazing!'
