'The room was clean and had all the facilities needed. Staff was friendly. The rooms are so noisy, you hear noise the entire night, I think there is no isolation at all. They provide earplugs in the room, but even they don’t help a lot, you can still hear the noise from outside through them. '

'Where to even begin about this property. We started our stay for four days and then went to go to Cozumel to dive. Our original plan was to go to Tulum after but we loved the Fairmont experience so much that we decided to come back after three days in Cozumel.
