'The staff and location were excellent. From the concierge, Jacqueline, and the rest of the staff the service was top-notch. The restaurant was excellent, and the deck had gorgeous view. I would recommend to anybody wanting to stay at a beautiful location.'

'Wij vonden het een mooi hotel met mooie kamers en en prachtig strand. Mooie spa en mooi in de natuur. Waarom wij geen 5 sterren geven is dat wij ervaren dat er maar 1 restaurant per dag open was met een hele kleine kaart en wij niet vegan zijn en de vlees/vis opties erg beperkt waren en niet altijd even lekker. Wij hadden het idee dat het door het laagseizoen nogal uitgekleed was..'

'The concierges services that my family got from this resort is 5 stars. We already received the concierges services days before we arrive to the resort. During the stays, we always have a my teenager children felt very safe moving around by themself giving the adult have more time to ourself to enjoy the vacations. I would definitely look forward to back to this resort. '

'Property is beautiful and conveniently laid out. The rooms and bathrooms are tastefully decorated and the beds are super comfortable. Great gym. Would have liked more dining options and pricing is somewhat excessive especially for food and drinks at the pool. Definitely recommend Casa Abuela. The staff was super efficient and could not have been nicer.'
