'Check-in took a long time and Francisco the receptionist, could have been more honest and direct instead of looking for excuses. The stay itself was really good. A bit more entertainment in the evening would have been nice. Unfortunately, there is only a very small beach that can be used for the guests and this is not close to the pool area.'

'This was our second time staying, and it was even better than our first’ stayed in family section last time, adult section this time, and we had amazing times. Food is good (adults only restaurant is awesome!) love the a la carte restaurants, buffet is good, also so many activities like Mayan ruins, cenote, and river swimming. 'Todo en general, es buen resort, solo no me gustó que es la segunda vez que lo visito y no alcanzo lugar en las reservaciones de los restaurantes, es la segunda vez que voy y ni conozco el restaurante los murales, también hubo un mesero del restaurante de la alberca que en las dos ocasiones que me atendió fue muy indiferente, se nota obviamente la preferencia por los turistas extranjeros, el mesero se llama luis, nada amable '

'Everything about our stay was great with the exceptions of 2 things. One of the nights when we went out, as we headed back to our room we noticed a staff memeber walking out of our room, when confronted he mentioned he was leaving a shampoo which we did not ask for and it was past the time of dropping things off, not to mention we had the “do not disturb” sign on the door. The staff member mentioned it was a mistake but something about the whole situation felt off. The hotel did accommodate us...
